I had a wonderful trip. The location was spectacular, the amenities modern, and the service top rate. I would recommend the Sopa Lodges 💯%.

設施：房間距離酒店前台較遠，需要借住酒店的車來回，不過頻次很高，司機態度也都很友善。 環境：無敵湖景房，可以俯覽整個湖區，早上看着日出和雲霧繚繞的湖面，場景還是非常震撼。看到了長頸鹿，火烈鳥，犀牛，斑馬，羚羊，鬣狗等。 特別注意: 酒店在NAKURU 國家公園裡麪，進門還需要近1小時左右的土路車程，谷歌導航的是國家公園大門的位置，注意計算時間。

房間比較大，有沙發，有落地窗，從房間可以看到納庫魯湖，典型的非洲風格，設施還是老舊了一些，總體體驗很不錯，

這家酒店的整體體驗非常棒，首先位置優越，交通便利，周邊有很多餐飲和商店。房間寬敞整潔，裝修温馨，床鋪舒適，能夠保證良好的睡眠質量。服務人員態度熱情、專業，辦理入住和退房都非常高效。早餐種類豐富，口味也不錯。酒店設施齊全，無論是健身房還是洗衣服務都令人滿意。總體而言，是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，性價比也很高，強烈推薦給來這座城市旅遊或出差的朋友。

These rooms are so luxurious, the staff is so wonderful. Who knew that such a paradise would be in the middle of the safari. They have a wonderful buffett with so many options to choose from. A very safe secluded paradise. I would def stay here again

This property has direct views of the Lake Nakuru. We had an excellent stay at the Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge, the Facilities were taken care of, the staff was helpful and considerate. They understood our specific Dietary Restrictions and took efforts towards the same.

This is a great hotel! The view from our room was wonderful and the staff were all friendly and attentive. The laundry service was quick and very well priced. We arrived mid-afternoon and they did a large load of laundry for us that was ready once we returned from dinner. The meals had a nice mix of local foods and staples. We had a few bugs in our room but the hotel provided a bug spray that took care of those fairly effectively.

The hotel is in a beautiful, scenic location with stunning views and a true safari atmosphere. However, it’s quite far from the park entrance, and the road conditions can be difficult — especially in bad weather. When we arrived, it was raining heavily and the lake was nearly overflowing. Despite the tough terrain, our driver Freddy was exceptional. While others got stuck in the mud, he skillfully navigated us safely to the hotel. His driving was truly impeccable. The wildlife experience in the area was absolutely amazing. We saw cheetahs, lions with their cubs, and the tallest giraffes I’ve ever seen. It really felt like we were in the heart of the wild. The hotel, Soap Lodge, has an older feel but with charm. The rooms are large, have a traditional African design, and include spacious balconies overlooking the lake — very atmospheric. The staff were incredibly kind and polite, which added to the warmth of the stay. That said, the food was a bit underwhelming. The selection seemed to cater mostly to Asian and Indian guests, and it lacked variety. Some dishes were cold or bland, which was disappointing. Overall, despite the long drive and some food issues, the magical setting, lovely staff, and incredible wildlife made it a special stay. I would definitely consider returning.

The lodges are large, clean and spacious, with huge bathrooms and the most amazing views as one wall is literally the whole balcony with the view of the scenery. The grounds and buildings are nice but not much to do. Food is good, but nothing special. However, please fit doors to the bathrooms!! It's a really strange set-up to have such a lovely room but no door on the bathroom which is not a good set up for families.

The staff are incredibly warm and friendly. They want to make sure that guests have a fantastic experience. Do book a treatment with Halima at the spa, I had reflexology and a fellow traveller had the deep tissue massage, she is a top therapist. The food is fantastic and they catered for gluten free no problem. The view from the lodge is to die for and the peace of the lake feeds your soul. Highly recommend!
