環境：聖誕節環境營造的非常棒，有各種彩燈和裝飾品，整個團隊也沉浸在聖誕氛圍當中。酒店旁邊就是本地最大的Naivas 超市，買東西很方便。 服務：進門需要額外在刷卡，安保措施非常到位 設施：門口在施工，道路不平整，停車有點不方便。

It was great 3 days in Sarova Woodlands. In short, I will evaluate: polite and smiling staff. Everywhere was clean. Delicious food. From the sweets, I especially liked the pudding that chef JAMES KELI made, it was very delicious, I recommend everyone to try it.

Loved the full Sarova Experience. The rooms are excellent and the food sumptuous. Would like to specifically laud the great food by Chef JoyEsther and host services by Terry. Good job! I will surely recommend this hotel to friends and family

The Sarova Woodlands experience was amazing. Starting from the front office where we were received well from our car. The check in process was smooth and seemless. Christine was bubbly, professional, and so helpful! The room was neat and comfortable. The Sunday brunch with the live band was to die for! Definitely coming back.

I loved the whole experience,the staff attended to us promptly so organised,the ambience,wow! the hygiene top notch,I loved the catering experience so diverse,we were attended to by one Lawrence from the service area,good job.keep it up sarova woodlands.

Mr. Donald, the F&B manager, and Ms. Damaris, the Chief Chef, were incredibly hospitable in accommodating our request for Chinese fried rice for dinner and chicken porridge for breakfast. Their attentiveness truly satisfied our Asian taste buds. The hotel team provided efficient service with warm smiles. I highly recommend this hotel to other visitors!

The service is nice but sloooooow. 30 min for 2 cups of wine, 1h for some potato wedges, even though it was almost empty. The waiter excused but even afterwards was not any faster. It was the second time , the first time they just opened and the service was fine, but it degraded soon.

For a sarova hotel I was really disappointed with the service. The ball was dropped so many times and what made it worse was the lack of accountability from the managers especially the ones in the restaurant. Sarova is known for service so this hotel was truly disappointing.

I really Enjoyed their services. Especially the waiter who served us. His name was Elvis Otieno. He made my wife's birthday amazing. They sang the birthday song with their team and it felt so nice. I would want to come again and again. Their food was delicious and the dawa tea.

Excellent venue for conferencing and accommodation. Delicious cuisine served by warm and friendly staff. Particularly had an awesome experience with Damaris who took us through their meticulous meal preparation process. Lovely person!
