Fantastic location and service was excellent. This hotel is so comfortable and the gym and swimming pool was amazing. Breakfast buffet was great too. There is also a bridge linking the hotel to the mall Would definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Korat

The hotel is conveniently located next to the shopping mall, but it does not offer conditioner as an amenity, only what they call “conditioning shampoo”, which is not as good.

We had a bad experience staying at Centara Korat. Our room was next to another room, which had a connecting door. The noise coming from the next room was consistently loud even after 10 PM. There was no soundproof at all. We could hear their conversations. Despite our request for the hotel receptionist to check on those guests, the staff failed to do anything. They just told us that they had a look. And yes, they just went to look at the door and did nothing. After almost 30 minutes, we decided to change the room late at night while we were about to go to sleep. We have stayed at several Centara hotels. This one surely is the worst one. If you care for a peaceful night stay and good soundproof room, Centara Korat is not for you. The sound of the door close was so loud. It frightened us up many times at night.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Central Mall which is great as you get access to restaurants and other amenities without having to go too far. Location wise it's somewhere near the city centre so getting around Korat is pretty easy too.

There is nothing you can find to complain about this hotel. The rooftop pool has the best significant view. The entire hotel staff are so friendly and you will be amazed.

Overall is good. Valuable price. Very convenient. They have rooftop restaurants but not sell alcohol, even in supermarkets in the mall also not sell.

It's comfortable for shopping and staying in a city. Facilities are perfect.

This is an great place to be in. The building is good maintained, the stuff is very friendly and fluent in English. The rooms are spacious and very clean.... All in one a very pleasant stay. Anytime again
