Very nice Japanese style room overlooking the river and the tree filled riverbank hill. It was very private. Breakfast and dinner was served at the table and was excellent. Much variety of fish, chicken, pork, tofu, and vegetables. The overall atmosphere was very elegant and relaxed. The ryokan is located right on one of the bus stops for easy access from the train station. It is a short 10 minute walk to the main area of town. There are several onsen pools. Some rotate between men and women at different hours. Very clean with good amenities. Overall a very memorable stay.

After I accidentally booked the wrong check-in date, the hotel was willing to change it unconditionally and the service attitude was very good.

very clean and beautiful place. there were two onsens but the 2nd story one was very pretty as there was the view of the river.

We had a wonderful stay! We especially liked the location - walking distance to small downtown Shima, yet far enough to have less tourists walking around. The hot springs were great, food was delicious (especially if you want to try authentic local Gunma prefecture cuisine - might not be best for children), and the nightly traditional paper story telling was also great. We took a train + bus ride from Tokyo and the local bus (40min ride) from Nakanojyo station stops right in front of the hotel. We will come back again for sure!

靠着溪流 泡温泉很舒服 老闆娘的紙芝居很有特色 整體細節到位 每一樓都是丁目 雖然老酒店但是衞生還是到位的 可以

晚飯給我們安排單獨的一側，區別對待。晚飯不好吃，感覺都是老頭老太太去的老牌度假酒店

お風呂はとても清潔で、掃除がよくされていると思います。たまたま、宿泊の日が地元ではのお祭りの日で、お泊まり客席も交えて楽しませてもらいました。 ただ、所々天井に穴が空いていたり、床が撓んでいたり、建物の傷みが気になりました。 それ以外は、とても素敵なところです。 女将さんの紙芝居もとても良かったです。

這是群馬溫泉之旅的第二站。就在巴士站旁邊，非常方便。晚餐很豐富，而且很美味。房間和溫泉設施都十分滿意。

お風呂も良くて、ご飯も美味しいし大変満足でした。ただ部屋の金庫がほこりだらけだったのが気になりマした。

更換了房間後，房間是特別寬敞、明亮、舒適温馨。房間面向河流，潺潺流水聲可以解壓。酒店的位置建議開車來。酒店內所有客人都需將户外鞋子放在酒店大堂前的櫃子，這讓酒店顯得非常乾淨。
