Balis Best Bar and Resort

I yesterday had the unfortunate opportunity to dine here, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. From start to finish, everything about this place was an absolute disaster. Let's start with the ambiance. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a dingy, outdated interior that looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1980s. The lighting was dim and flickering, casting a gloomy atmosphere over the entire place. The tables were sticky, and the chairs looked like they had seen better days. It was clear that no effort had been put into creating a pleasant environment for diners. Now, onto the service—or lack thereof. The waitstaff seemed completely disinterested in their jobs. The guards are even hired to beat up people by the roadside. It took ages for someone to even acknowledge our presence, and when they finally did, they seemed annoyed by our presence. Our orders were taken with a careless attitude, and our drinks arrived well after we had finished our appetizers. It was as if they had forgotten about us entirely. As for the food, I can't even find the words to describe how awful it was. The menu boasted a variety of dishes that sounded promising, but what arrived at our table was a far cry from what was advertised. The presentation was sloppy, and the flavors were bland and uninspired. It was evident that the ingredients were of poor quality, and the dishes lacked any creativity or attention to detail. I wouldn't be surprised if the chef had simply reheated frozen meals and served them to us. To make matters worse, my dining companion and I both ended up with upset stomachs later that evening. It's clear that the kitchen's hygiene and food safety standards are severely lacking. This is simply unacceptable for any establishment that calls itself a restaurant. I wouldn't wish this dining experience on my worst enemy. This place should be ashamed to serve such subpar food in an uninviting environment with abysmal service. I strongly advise anyone considering dining here to steer clear and save their money for a restaurant that actually cares about its customers and takes pride in its offerings. This place is a prime example of how not to run a restaurant, and I will never be setting foot in it again.
