Asyana Gardens

Ambience 10/10 I would give Customer service 0/10- from a waiter by the name Sammy- very arrogant - bullying customers and rushing them to eat and make payment. I did not enjoy at all. Left the place very angry. He continued passing around and laughing even after frustratinf us. This is unacceptable

The restaurant has a really great ambience and scenery. Also, it is very child-friendly, with a playground and swimming pool. However, the food quality is average at best, not living up to the expectations one might have based on the nice surroundings. Additionally, the service seems to be lacking, with long wait times even when the restaurant is not particularly crowded.

The electricity is unrealiable we ordered food pork chops and mataha X 2, kienyeji chicken and chips and after 45 minutes the service girl came and told us we cannot get what we have ordered because she can't post the oder. So it really annoyed us and we were told to oder snack's samosa and chips only to get one set of somosas burnt. I asked for the supervisor and there was no response making it very unprofessional. Last week I took my wife and daughters to Asyana Gardens for the afternoon. We ordered a cake and paid their cockage fee of 1k and ordered some meals. We walked in with a camera, a regular Canon D50 for family shoots. No one said anything. Once we had had our meal and were enjoying the dessert the waitress came to announce to us that the cost of having that camera there would be 20k shillings. Apparently its a "proffesional" camera and those are not allowed. Never mindthat there is no signage for the same anywhere, notice on any social media platform before hand or even announcement by the guards as you enter. Apparently only pictures by phones are allowed. I was furious. I went to the manager to complain but they were adamant this was the fee, I pointed out to them that some I phones and Samsung phones are more superior in the quality of their pics and videos than that canon but they seem stuck in the dark ages of the same warped mentality that came up with this ridiculous ideology. Finally it all came to a head when we told them we would not pay and would walk out and they could call the cops if they liked. They let us walk out but I left still very peeved because that was my wife's birthday and we spent it arguing over a very stupid and ridiculous rule. Yet we had spent a good amount of money there before they came up with that nonsense. I feel they hoodwink people with this rule and I write here to let you know that Asyana Gardens, beautiful as it is is teeming with a silly rule lurking in the shadows. Such a shame for a place with such exquisite gardens. BEWARE.

A very nice resort in East Ongata Rongai. Made for everyone, be it business for conferences or for the whole family. You can swim there, do gym, slide, play, relax. Spend the night and eat very well or just drink a cup of tea or eat a cake. The accommodations are in individual clean houses with several rooms of different sizes and furnishings. Each house has a balcony, garden with seating, living room, dining room, parking lot. The service is awesome. We will be back!

Ambience 100%. Food SERVICE TIME 0.00%! Waiters so inefficient! First time, ordered for food, waited like 2hrs..,had to leave before it was served. Next time, no one attended to us. Third time visiting, waited 2 hrs 30mins for food to be served.
