Royal Tulip Canaan Nairobi was just as the pictures showed. The massage, the spa and everything was simply breathtaking and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and the hotel environment was truly lovely and warm. I would book this place again l.

Thanks wonderful experience. The restaurant and the reception there are professional who really understand the people. It has been a wonderful experience for us. As the team lead everything we had was. We had a less budget for food but they really helped us to get a great food within our budget. Japhet and jesuan thank you.

The salad section of food is to DIE for!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The stuff is also friendly and relatable. It’s been an amazing experience and even being hosted in Senate one for the conference, the stuff has been super helpful. I would definitely come back.

Awesome reception from all staff, from the security check to the restaurant to the rooms to the pool, sauna, steam bath and everything. Meals were classic and wouldn't mind recommending the hotel to other people. Keep it up guys for good service.

Everything was satisfactory. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and the food was delicious. I liked the gym and the pool. My only thing was, I would have liked to see the pool cleaner, but it overall, the experience is great and memorable would def recommend

Very nice sleep I stayed here for a few days whilst I was in Kenya. The security was really good and the breakfast was really nice. I arrived very late and they was quick and efficient in checking in to make sure my stay was great and the swimming pool facility was also really nice. Genral of the hotel was brilliant.

The best hotel in Kenya!!!! Highly recommended. They take care of their guests very well. Jayesh the general manager is amazing! I always bring groups to Kenya and this is the only hotel I will ever stay in! The rates are good, the staff are friendly, the menu is delicious also!

The food was very flavourful with a variety of meals to choose from the all you can eat buffet. I was especially impressed by the service having Mwende tend to my needs all through. The aesthetics were also a sight to behold. Will definitely be coming back!!!
