Hotel looks and feel a bit rundown. WiFi doesn’t work and room lighting is very poor.

Nice serving by Doreen, Teresa, Joan, Fatuma on 16th of October 2024. The bad is buffet that isn't not our choice and liking. The room was well cleaned and well maintained. Rapport with staff was nice all through. All or requests were granted without issues including the security personnel at the gate

As someone who likes to stay active while traveling, I was pleased to find a well-equipped gym at this hotel. It had all the essentials, from treadmills to weights, and was very clean and organized. After a good workout, I enjoyed relaxing at the bar, which had a calm ambiance and a great selection of drinks. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to rest and recharge. The restaurant was also excellent, with a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ensuring I had everything I needed. The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring Nairobi, with easy access to shopping and dining areas. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and great amenities in the city.

Laban and Joseph served me very well. They were kind and willing to help. They need to be promoted to a higher position and more salary increament! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ We liked the ambiance of the area eg music, cleanliness,nice DJ and well ventilated area

Headed to this newly built hotel for a late lunch at the rooftop bar.Pleasant welcome though they made the names on the badges so small,one has to squint to get the name and thank them. The rooftop is a nice small space,with varied seating.Service is however very slow and not particularly attentive.Dirty cutlery added to the disillusionment.A Thai green curry was a brown slop and quite a disaster,a query to the waiter received a couldnt care less approach,the steak was not to bad,nicely done.Drink prices are on the high side for a hotel that could be a residential hangout for us locals. Pleasant location but let down by the service at the bar.Views of Kile are refreshing.

I recently stayed at this hotel while on a business trip in Nairobi for few days, I enjoyed my stay too much and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between business and leisure. The conference room was spacious, well-lit, and equipped with fast Wi-Fi, which was essential for our meetings. During my downtime, I enjoyed the well-maintained gym and the relaxing atmosphere at the bar, where they serve a good selection of local and international drinks. The restaurant was a highlight, with a variety of dishes that catered to every palate. The staff was attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room was cozy, with a plush bed and excellent room service. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail, and they provide bathroom amenities as well. This hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, making it easy to explore Nairobi between meetings. The hotel was very close to many attractions on the city of Nairobi, and you can order taxi from the taxi apps available in Nairobi which are all with affordable fares. I highly recommend this hotel to business travellers looking for both convenience and comfort.

Based on my stay in the hotel l really like the way that the team they are caring about us we had an amazing time, and the view from the room was amazing from the first moment you felt comfortable with the hotel and the room so clean and more organized and also l want to thank the room service team and the reception team l finished my check-in at the hotel in two minutes, I'm sure l will come back again to the hotel soon.

Amazing ambiance’s with Laban and Joseph . Made the whole experience feel very welcoming and friendly . Service was A star . And the experience was magical and phenomenal could not experience better. All vibes and amazing memories.
