Hotel was good,rooms were neat and clean, had to climb stairs as there were no lift which is common in mountains. Big and spacious rooms but what ruined our trip was the manager who charged ₹1000 for two rooms for early check in and ₹2000 for extra bedding which was way too much compared to other hotels in Nainital.
While the hotel isn’t even on the main road, you have to walk for 10 minutes from Mall Road to reach at the hotel.

Very old property not maintained properly. Check all equipment before check in tape, besine, latrine seats,bed etc if anything break they will charge you, especially latrine seats they r not fixed properly you will get disbalance any time and you have to pay for breakage. Limited parking, Breakfast never ready on time,Dinner is not good Only best part is Naini Lake view rooms that's why 1* Road to hotel is congested Not worth for star Better choose another one Will never go again Room service pathetic Bed congratulations not good

The hotel was not on mall road...we had to climb up every day..not good for elderly people..no cab service by hotel..hygiene not maintained

View of lake is super amazing from this hotel. Family Rooms are very low grade and deluxe rooms are Average. This hotel is place above Mall Road which can be approached by lot of stairs or it has very narrow road where only one car can be moved. This hotel has only limited parking which can accommodate only 4-5 cars. Overall experience ok ok.. Not worth it spending too much money.

It was 1 trerrible. Awful rooms with sitinking smell all over the property. Our kids didn’t even entered the room. We checked out after few hours of check-in to another decent hotel on the Mall Road. They didn’t refund us any money.to show beautiful pictures on the site of awful and very dirty property. We don’t recommend anyone to stay Silverton Nainital

Hotels rooms their Amenities like bed mattress is outdated pathetic, could not sleep the whole night. Bathroom is bad outdated, the whole is not so clean, it's not worth paying that much and staying in this hotel

Overall average. Not very clean. Had issues with the bathroom shower. Coffee cups were not clean.

The hotel was old and overpriced. Suite room had only basic amenities and the could not even provide for an iron box when asked for. The reception is not operational when needed and we had to wake people while checking out to clear the bill. The balcony mentioned is a common one which is shared by all guests. The two pros for the hotel was amazing view and good staff behaviour.

Stay was ok but restaurant was not clean but staff was very helpful. Rooms are big, but pillow and sheets were not clean, blanket was in bad shape and mattress was in bad shape
