I booked this hotel for 2 nights and 3 rooms. Overall it was a good experience and the bfast in our package was delicious. We did ordered dinner on one night and it was good and economical as well. Location is perfect as you can reach mall road, naini lake on foot in 10-15 mins.

Rooms are slightly smaller in size,but the ambience is great.. Breakfast can have more variety..The hotel should provide free pick and drop from lal kuan junction..

Best place for family stay ,we drive smoothly till the hotel parking without facing any problem. Good food and ample open space I would must say this hotel is totally value for money.

So i had a very bad experience in this hotel, they gave me a completely broken locked room and the cupboard was also broken, so when i had to change the room, they asked for an extra charge for the same?
after a little arguments, finally my room was changed but the room they gave me was also a completely rubbish room. I always had to call someone from the staff to lock and unlock the room. I went to nainital for the first time and this hotel spoiled the experience of my whole trip. This hotel is completely different from the shown on the mmt.

Room was pathetic according to terrif. Not cleaned, tap water is not working, geyser is not working. No room service

Hotel staff is so Rude and unmannered the make the chek-in pathetic, while booking was already done with full payment before 1 day , they ask to sit outside till one hour. and they were busy in checking where is my booking ,Room was so dirty ,No charging plug was working , Geyser was not working, and in morning water supply stopped ,after 3 calls they gave a bucket of water. Food is So costly and tasteless. they don't allow my driver to dinner inside while I paid his bill also.location is also very Bad you can't walk without car

Room condition not good, mattresses were broken can't sleep properly, room service starts at8am.

The hostel was fine, as shown as pictures but service provided by the hotel stuff was unsatisfactory. Water was not available for a full day of stay as the stuff kept the water pump shut due to low occupancy of the hotel.
