We reached the hotel at 2 pm. Still we had to wait because the room was not ready. Welcome drinks were given only when we asked. The room that was given did not have hand towels, I request for it but did not get it. Their inroom amenities mentioned bathrobe that was again missing, iron (was given only after I requested) No floor mats or floor towels in the shower area. Only one socket in the entire room was functional the fridge was not working (the lady who came to check minibar confirmed it), the TV remote was not working, mobile data had better internet speed than their wifi.. Was talking to another guest in the common area, he told me that he did not have hair dryer in his bathroom The only good thing was the scenic beauty from the property (see the picture) and the surprise decoration arranged by Farheen and Abhishek from housekeeping. The price that Namah is charging per night this is not expected. They have a very good rating because their employees are asked to be after the guest for positive online reviews. So don't go by their ratings, do your own research before booking. If you frequently stay at 5-star properties, you'll feel the difference and will be highly disappointed. I know this review will not make a difference or improve their services because Namah is mostly fully booked but will help people make an informed decision.

I stayed at Namah Resorts, Jim corbett from 31st May 2025 to 2nd June 2025. This being my second stay at Namah, there were all the familiar and friendly faces around. The staff at Namah warmly welcomed us back, Especially Mr. Kripal. Namah Resort is undoubtedly situated at the best location at Jim Corbett, right in the heart of Dhikuli. The view from NAMAH's Lawns and Rooms is just out of this world- Mountains, forests and Kosi river flowing gently right next to the resort just takes your heart away. You just fall in love with that view, The winds and rain while staring at that view are a cherry on the icing. The winds blow right through your hairs and heart as you stand at the edge of the lawns gazing at the marvel of nature. To make the experience unforgettable, the staff at Namah is so welcoming and friendly, especially Kripal Ji, in the restaurant. My father has some dietary restrictions as advised by the doctor. Kripal Ji made sure that all our meals were prepared as per those dietary restrictions, he specially got our food prepared himself under his supervision. The food was extremely tasty and felt as if it was home made. Kripal Ji took extremely good care of us- Breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner, he made sure that our food was prepared exactly as per the dietary restrictions. His hospitality was very warm and homely. On the second day of our stay, we went to kainchi dham, but it being a Sunday we got stuck in a huge traffic jam and got late in the night, we came back at 11:30 p.m. in the night, but still Kripal Ji made sure that our food was prepared, he took my food order on phone and got it prepared. On top of that he got our food served in the restaurant itself as per our request at 12 in the night (even though the restaurant timings are till 10/10:30pm only). This was my second stay at Namah, when I visited Namah for the first time from 16th March 2025- 18th March 2025, my father was recovering from a major disease and it was his first trip after that, but Kripal Ji made sure that our food was prepared exactly as per the dietary restrictions, our requirements and taste. Kripal Ji was extremely welcoming, polite and hospitable. It was one of the major reasons why I came back to stay at Namah, apart from the absolutely stunning, alluring and exquisite views and rooms. Also, The premium rooms have the best views and are extremely spacious and comfortable. Pro tip- if you are staying in premium rooms wake up early for an amazing sunrise view from the balcony or the resort lawns! Also, if you are visiting on the full moon night, make sure to watch the moon rise in the evening/night. And the lawns at Namah are heaven for stargazers. You can literally see the Andromeda galaxy from here( they organise stargazing at night through telescope in the resort itself ). Also, Ashwani and Girish Ji were extremely welcoming and hospitable too.

We had a nice stay at Namah..they upgraded us on arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed with a great view. The property was very green and well-maintained. Great location with lots of parking space. The only thing they can work upon is the food which disappointed us. Breakfast spread was monotonous. They also need to do something about the high tea which really had nothing to look forward to. Overall we had a great experience!

Experience was very good staying with little baby, they upgraded our room category which was appreciative. Food was good quality, room was neat and clean. They can work little bit on room service, otherwise everything was cool & we enjoyed our stay

I recently had a stay at Namah Resort and it was truly unforgettable. The staff were warm and welcoming Aman Dhritima they are very nice , the rooms were clean and comfortable. The resort location was perfect for relaxation. Overall I'd highly recommend.

Exclusive & amazing experience at Namah Resort, Jim Corbett. The property is beautiful, the view is mesmerising & the service is top-notch. Right from the seamless check-in experience thanks to Ms. Papiha & team to the delicious meals prepared by the chefs, you couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely recommend everyone to plan a stay here and enjoy the amenities that the place has to offer!
