Hot water supply limited time, had to depend on hot water supply through buckets with lot of wait time
No soap given on 2nd day
Fresh water supply also stopped on 2nd day

Everything was average . Room service very slow .
We ordered parantha and dahi , firstly they served dahi then after 5 mins parantha and then plates and then after sometime bowls but the food was good in taste.
Rooms were average , stool in bathroom was black because of fungus , bed sheet was torn but the view from the room was awesome
Overall stay was not bad but average

There was no WiFi, no geyser, and inadequate lighting. The hospitality was very poor. The blankets were worn out and had an unpleasant smell, and the furniture was broken.

rooms were big, but issues with hot water, hot water is available only from 8 to 12. the location is a bit un manageable for senior citizens. rooms service takes 45-50 min on an average. staff is polite but service is not good

Hotel might look shabby but Rooms are good and well maintained but I have to say food was really bad, don't order food in here.

We had a really good experience, the service was also good the staff was very polite and the food quality was good the hotel should add a bonfire in its open space as per the request of the customer and in winter should give a room heater if required on demand.

Rooms were clean n tidy. Well maintained. Housekeeping staff as well as reception was cordial n courteous. Hospitality was good. Moreover the location of the hotel was amazing and picturesque.
