we had checked in hotel and it's take lot of time to complete formality and once we checked in found one insect in the room then not much option have in the breakfast

My stay at Ayar Jungle Resort in Nainital was absolutely magical. Staying in a treehouse was a dream come true – I felt completely immersed in nature. Waking up to the sound of live flute music at breakfast was such a treat, and the live acoustic performances during dinner were the perfect way to end each day. The cozy fireplace kept me warm on chilly evenings, and the serene jungle setting was so peaceful. I also loved the adventure activities the resort offered. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience.

They lack hospitality, water heaters not working properly, pricey food with average taste, their pizza was good overall it was average stay

Nestled in between the greenery away from the city centre yet very much inside the city this place is a gem. The rooms/cottages are individual and give the right kind of privacy required. The rooms are equipped with room heaters to give you a cozy feel amidst the chilling weather of Nainital. The resort arranges both morning and evening walk into the nature which is beautiful and bonfire every evening with live music playing. The resort provides fantastic parking facility. The food in the restaurant is very nice. We were amazed to have tasty buffet breakfast during our stay.

Had an amazing stay at this resort. Just a word of caution to travellers using Google maps to reach this location it is too difficult and confusing. Hence please prefer the native option of asking people and then reaching this place else you could get fine for going onto a no entry Road.

Hi this is Sanjiv and it was a horrible experience with your property, I would recommend no one should go to this property , fraud and many things I want to say , last month I made a booking on call for 2 rooms for me and my family they said it's done , I reached their and they said their is no booking on your name , I was shocked that I am their with my family and how can you deny , it was so embarrassing after that I know how I managed , never ever I ll recommend this property **********

How do u start..so many things to say.
Right from the first call for booking related queries..it was a pleasant experience..
The resort is a little away located from nainital.. but this type of property isn't possible in prime location anyways..
Approach is a little painful.. but once u reach property,you simply will be saying one simple line - Mazaa aa gaya,it's that awesome..
The check in process was Swift,Rooms were nice, unique again..
Have a look around,you will b impressed.. Especially at night,it's very beautiful..
The restaurant and dinner was top notch..
The buffet spread was decent,but the dishes were upto the mark..
They have a live pasta and wood fire pizza counter..
Kids area is also good enuf..
Shuttle to and fro from hotel to mall road was easily available (at nominal charges)
Now coming to the cons
1-Approach to property is a little painful
(but that is forgiven)

Very nice location and excellent rooms. If you are looking for peaceful stay in nature than stay here. Service top class. Mall road not accessible by walk as it is 2. 5 km away in hills
local cab can be taken
live singing is not upto mark
charges for bornfire is high than usual
