The Lake View Nainital

Stay was good, we loved the view from balcony. Just the thing washroom was slight smelly otherwise everything was amazing. Receptionist was kind and humble, gave us early checkin, and driver deepak was also good

As per rate the location is not good, and also brush, paste, tea bags must be complimentary. Room is good but overall hotel is cozy

Nainital willows is a very good lake facing hotel I enjoyed the best view of the lake. Rooms are very clean, staff here is very attentive and helpful , it is the best hotel in Nainital offering beautiful view from your room only. You can relax and enjoy nature or try fun activities.

First of all, I don’t understand how this hotel is rated and how it even got that rating when it has zero amenities. The location was supposed to be good, as they claimed it was 30m from Naini Lake, but in reality, it was 850m away. The room service was pathetic, the towels were old and dirty, and I had to clean them myself. The bathroom was also not clean. The view was only partial, even though I booked a deluxe room. The dining area for breakfast was not proper, and the breakfast itself was disappointing—just low-quality aloo paratha, and after insisting, they gave toast bread, which even had jam on it. Everything was pathetic except for the lake view from the rooftop, which was very beautiful.

No cleanliness in the room and the dust is not cleaned and old doors and windows. Bathroom is also not clean
