We had a good stay at Comfort Inn Naha Tomari. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from the main shopping district. Since we had a rental car, we appreciated the staff’s clear explanation of the parking fees and procedure. The hotel uses a car lift system, which was easy to navigate—just drive in, and the staff will assist with retrieving the car when needed. The room itself wasn’t very big but was sufficient for two people. However, the pillows were quite flat and hard, making them a bit uncomfortable. We requested extra pillows the next day, which helped. Unfortunately, our experience was slightly marred on the last day. Check-out was at 10 AM, and we asked for just a one-hour late check-out. The middle-aged staff member with glasses was rather rude in refusing our request. Out of courtesy, we checked out 15 minutes before 10 AM and let him know we would stay a bit longer to have a coffee (as the hotel provides complimentary drinks). His expression showed clear annoyance, which made us feel unwelcome—though we had our coffee anyway. Despite this, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the check-out experience could have been handled with more hospitality.

Overall great place for families on a trip! Pretty near food and convenient stalls. Gd breakfast food variety. Staff were friendly and helpful too!

Very value for money! Room was a good size, amenities were sufficient. Linen change (per request) everyday and given new towels everyday. Breakfast included was good, there’s a variety of options to choose from, their taco rice was delicious! About 15-17 mins walk to kokusai dori. Train stations and bus about 5-7 mins walk away.

離車站蠻近的，飯店有免費早餐很不錯，每天吃飽飽才開始行程，下午還有飲料及咖啡提供，可以坐在餐廳享用買來的食物空間很不錯，房間比較小，訂的是雙床把兩個床合併之後空出來的空間可以攤開兩個29吋的行李～提早預定價格便宜CP值很高

乾淨舒服，房間空間很棒！早餐多元！距離國際通10分鐘路途！附近就有很多便利商店！此次家族旅遊成員都說住宿很棒！長輩也很喜歡，櫃檯也很友善！

第一間開門有發霉味，成間房都有霉點，換左一間房但枱 搖控 等等都有一層厚厚的塵，厠所有明顯霉

房內很殘舊，有味道，冷氣很嘈，早上還會廣播日文、遊客誰會聽懂！櫃枱職員解下口罩，瘋狂咳嗽！很不專業！

606號房的煙味超級重而且一直無法散去 幸好可以換房間 附近有超商，酒店離國際通約10分鐘路程 自駕也有停車場可以停但要付費

地點很好、幾百公尺就到美榮站、走路到國際通也不遠、附近的居酒屋Umi no Chimbora 海のちんぼらぁ很有氣氛、好吃又便宜、免費早餐也不錯。
