Check-in is a mess! It's a self check-in system and there's no staff around. The main door is locked and requires a pass code to unlock. We never recieve the passcode hence we couldn't go in. We tried to call the customer service number on the door but the customer service told me they no longer work with this establishment and gave me another number to contact. I called the other number and the person has no clue about this hotel! They tried to give me yet another number to contact! Thankfully we were able to enter the lobby when someone left the building. When using the self check in system, we found out the booking number we had were incorrect. There is a customer service option on the system which did help us to reach a human being who actually knows something. The customer service agent helped us to check in. Another frustrating thing is that they don't have cleaning service or even new towels for booking less than 4 nights. This was not communicated to us when booking. It says amenities provided! The location is nice, the rooms are clean but I will not stay here again just because the whole nightmare at check-in.

自助式酒店入住方便，特別喜歡酒店內的木質設計與上下舖。酒店附近有很多Club,可以展開夜生活體驗喔.

房間很舒適~小孩大人都喜歡 附近停車很方便

1. 地點: 方便, 酒店下面就有AEON超巿 2. 服務: 要聯繫服務人員很難, 因為是自助酒店. 3. 隔音很差, 很吵, 但又要知如何是好... 4. 有投影機, 像素不高, 但儀式感滿滿, 5. 性格比高, 適合天天在外走的旅客. 6. 下次還是會入住的...

立地がとてもよかった。 大きい鏡と、お風呂、シャワーが別 プロジェクターがあり広くとても清潔でよかった また使いたい。 空港からタクシーで1700円ほどだった。

比較寧靜，但一定要留意check in電郵

전날 메일로 예약번호 및 출입구 비밀번호가 오지 않았음! 투숙객도움으로 출입구 들어왔지만 예약확인이 되지않아 직원과 영상통화 후 예약번호를 받아서 간신히 체크인 했음. 트립닷컴에서 보내준 메일 다 찾아보구 모바일 앱에서도 확인 해 봤지만 현지에서 받은 예약번호, 출입구 비밀번호는 없었음! 만일 주변에 사람이 없었으면 밖에 차 세워두고 고생 할뻔했음 일본 숙소는 무인시스템이 많아서 트립닷컴에서 출입비밀번호, 현지 예약번호에 사전에 신경 써주시면 좋겠음.

2泊での利用をしましたが、清掃が入らないためバスタオル、フェイスタオルを１日1枚ずつで利用した。選択機などがあるともっと良いと思った。 靴置きなどもあると便利がよかったと思う

房間很整潔，有很多小設計，現代簡約設計令人耳目一新。房間設施齊全，很新，智能馬桶很贊，床頭投影儀也很好用，迴歸核心主題，床睡着很舒服，疲憊一掃而空。有個不方便之處就是進入的大門是需要四位數字，當時衹有訂單號，墨跡了一個多小時才進入房間。
