Location is super good. Around 30 mins drive from Naha airport and 1 min walk to a local shopping mall. There is a 7-eleven on ground floor of the hotel. The family room we booked is spacious with a massage chair. Highly recommended!

Room was good, spacious and came with washing machine. Location is good, opposite Naha mall, very convenient and few minutes walk away from monorail station. Breakfast was way below expectations-we did not see any cucumber, sweet corn, or cherry tomatoes in the salad serving. Even the famous local food - bittergourd and sweet potato were missing from the breakfast table. This is the worst breakfast I have ever had in Japan chain hotels so far, really disappointed….

My room was very comfortable, larger than usual business type hotel rooms in Japan. Parking was available at 1100 a day, can in & out multiple times during 7am-11pm, very convenient. Location was close to local shopping malls & Okinawa museum, but far from tourist attractions like 國際通(15mins by walk) etc.

Superb location! Naha main place, DFS and monorail are just walking distance. The hotel is new and clean with reasonable price. I will stay in this hotel again when I visit Okinawa next time!

Nice and new hotel. Rooms was quite decent and technology savvy. My complaint would be most don’t speak good English and bottle water was not provided beyond the daily per bottle per person. About 300M away from monorail which can be quite a hassle when you have luggage. Otherwise mostly good

The room is so clean and spacious. Close to the mall, dfs and also car rental company. Th breakfast is good also.

Amazing location, easy access to the shopping centre and convenience store. Room are clean, new & functional. Staff are helpful and friendly. There’s a washing machine & microwave available for use.

Good location with nice unit layout. Great reception service. Hotel is sparkling clean. This is the best out of the 3 hotels which we stayed in Okinawa. Will come back again.

Clean hotel, city view. There is a shopping mall nearby, the location is good. Overall, it wasn't bad. However, the front desk's response was a bit uncomfortable. I went to the front to request more towels, but the male staff asked me too much about my request , even at the end, I was able to receive towers after being kind of warned not to use it outside.. I have no reason to carry a heavy towel outside. I don't know if it's because I requested an extra tower than the number of guests in my room , but I guess asking for just an extra towel isn’t such a serious request. I understand the strict response, but also hope to consider the comfort of guests. Anyway, I was uncomfortable with this, but the rest was generally fine.
