There is no picture of the washroom on the hotel's profile for a single occupancy room, i couldn't figure out if it's indian or western. It turned out to be indian and it wasn't flushed by the last user. The washroom, overall, was not clean.

service was good. the behaviour of staff is nice and the hotel is centrally located and is well connected with other places in the city👍. when can be the discount can be availed and the validity period may be intimated.

I booked double bed room but they provided me single bed room.
When I complaint they said cancel booking.
in night where I go .
if you can't provide room after prepaid booking then refund double amount.
