Location is excellent, 5 minutes walking to Sakae subway station and central park. Free coffee and milk in the morning hall, free rental bikes.

Location was great near the Sakae shopping area. The room was very small though, there wasn't enough space to open one suitcase, let alone two.

Great location, ... staff was kind enough to change the room for me after communicating the wind noise.

Hotel location is good near Oasis 21. Many shopping malls nearby. Room is clean. Take note bathroom with glass door.

Located a few stops away from Nagoya station, few mins walk to the hotel, right next to the sightseeing spots and about 15mins walk to the main shopping area. Overall very clean, very spacious room and bathroom for the Japan standards. Would definitely considering staying here again in my next visit :)

Hotel can improve to provide bottle of water. Also, hotel can try to provide much more beverage or drink in refrigerator.

Very good clean and near subway , a lot of food options ! Near Oasis 21 and the tower.

Location is very good near the hot place. A lot of shopping area and great restuarant area. Recommend.

Nice location to stay!! Easy to move about Nagoya.

The room is a bit small but as it is in the popular district in Nagoya, it is acceptable for two people. We stayed here for 2 nights and the toilet flush sound from next room at night is quite loud. This hotel has a convenient automatic check out system but the staff is not very friendly to us. Overall is an 75 out of 100 for the stay and I will probably book this hotel again if we travel to Nagoya again but I will definitely pay a little more to get a bigger room. There is no free parking near the hotel.

Its at a good location around 5 minutes walk to train station, rooms are clean but a little small. Whats cool is that they have bicycle for rent that is free which is very good.

The location is great, just next to Oasis 21 and very near to the underground shopping area Central Park. Just a few minutes to a coffee shop for breakfast. If it’s raining and you don’t have an umbrella with you, you may just pass through Oasis 21 underground to the NHK building and get back to the hotel. The staff were very nice.
