place is good. free luggage storage facilities for a few days while we explored non city parts of JP. thanks

Good location, close to the subway station. Warm staff except for the guy that received our luggage for storage. Breakfast looked different from the photos, but the overall taste was good. If you have heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up a few steps since the entrance involves a short staircase.

We had the twin with bunk beds. Cant expect much for its japanese room size. Overall we are ok with the walking distance to both subway stations. Walking distance to Nagoya castle.

Room size is quite small, but reasonable, and not surprised for business hotel in Japan, especially in the city, the hotel offer very affordable price with self service amenities, free coffee, and tea If you need an adapter, hair straightener machine and so many other stuff even foot-massage machine you can ask to borrow for free from the reception too!!!

All good except for the hot air system..it's dry and uncomfortable hot even we turn off the system. will need to open the window for air ventilation. A lot of local food sourvenirs choices.. There is a comics section, good for children.

Booked this hotel at the very last minute but a really awesome price! Everything was great except maybe for the centralized air-conditioning/heating which locks you in with limited options and the vents being a little dusty. Sure the rooms were small but hey, prime location! Staff were uber helpful and nice. It was very quiet and they had much of what we needed. Will definitely consider staying here again!

The room was very clean. You got everything you need, including fridge. Shower was strong enough. The surroundings were quite quiet. Even though the room was a bit small, we were satisfied with it. The services were excellent. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Even they would not clean the room every day, they would place a bag containg new towels in front of your room. Microwave was placed at the common area at each floor. In the reception lobby, they had weight scale for you to weight your luggage. There were comics in the reception area for you to enjoy. We were lucky enough to receive a gift box containing cosmetics samples when we checked in. Overall, we were very satisfied with the facilities and services provided by this hotel. Definitely, we will book it again when we come back.

Very close to the station and easy access to other places. But the room doesn’t allow you adjust the air conditioning, it is hot air all the time. I need to open the window at night , too hot during winter . Also no room cleaning services , only give you new towers and put it outside your door The room photos attached. Also surrounding photo and close to good parks

Small room but it’s enough space for staying one person. Location is the best thing not in busy area but close to subway not far from Nagoya station so it is easy to access main tourist spots. Love the spa salt so much. Breakfast is ok but food is the same every day. Maybe try to change a little bit on menus would be nice.

Pros: Location was okay to the areas we wanted to visit. Near to convenience stores and Fushimi subway station. Staff were approachable and very helpful. Some cons: Bed was too stiff for us. We woke up to back pains everyday. Walls are thin that you can hear noise from the other rooms. Number of nights stayed: 10

It's a good value for money, a couple of minutes from red line Marunouchi station, several places to eat nearby.

Small room, but nice stay. 24hr reception is good, and there are many amenities around the hotel including train station and convenience stores.
