It’s a great hotel located in the heart of Nagoya - Sakae is a great spot to see attractions and plenty of food options nearby. You can see Oasis21 and Mirai Tower, the ferris wheel and the restaurants nearby. You can do Lawson runs and enjoy the overall comfort of the hotel. The Breakfast is awesome and I highly recommend getting it. Grindelwald was nice as well!

Hotel is located in city centre, with parking lots, very convenient! Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Room is surprisingly spacious, hard to find one in Japan.

It was very nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and willing to service. The hotel is nearby drug shop which is very convenience for shopping.

Good service. Room available upon arrival around 12pm. This hotel is located near the center city of Nagoya. Very convenient. There are many convenient store in front of hotel. Room is clean but no ice dispenser. You have to call room service for free ice.

located in Sakae area, with a lot of mall and resto and station within walking distance (5-10mins) the breakfast is great, you can have standard buffet breakfast (but with Nagoya famous food; chicken wing and pork katsu with miso sauce) or Japanese ala carte breakfast. The hotel is old but the the maintenance is good. The room is spacious. We sent our luggage from Tokyo to here, and when we arrived, the luggage was already in our room. Thank you Nagoya Tokyu Hotel.

The hotel staff served us with great hospitality, offering friendly check-in and check-out services to us. We were greatly amazed by the glamorous and magnificent ambience of the hotel lobby, and we were highly satisfied with the cleanliness of our room. We would be delighted to write a review expressing our gratitude to those who gave us a wonderful experience in Nagoya! We were excited to stay there for three days exploring the city!

Bath tub stuck can’t keep water , so my daughter can not play and bath in the tub. The water tape for washing hands so very strong , when I turn it to warm water . Besides, the colour of warm water is milky and grey 🫣very disgusting 🤮

The hotel’s location is great with many 247 mart around and design of the hotel is very classy. My only issue is that the aircon can only blow warm air during winter 😅
