Modern hotel that’s just a short walk to the metro station. The room is clean with firm and comfy beds but we couldn’t open 3 large luggage at the same time with extra bed. The water pressure is great and free drinks at the lobby.

Very good, I think overall the room is small, but suitable for two people with a luggage.

5-8 mins walk to Nagoya station.  High floor still can hear a bit noise from the train.  Even though the room is quite small but very functional.

This hotel is situated close to JR station, it’s only few minutes walk away from Shinkansen or Taikodori exit. Lawson is next to the hotel too. It’s very convenient to go around. The double room is a bit small for two people, while a small flat screen TV is wall mounted which made it tiring for watching Amenities and free coffee are available in the lobby too. In general, the room is clean and quiet, staff are polite and helpful except no proper restaurant.

everything is fine, free coffee and water at lobby which is great, however wifi is really slow and charing spot in room is weird...

Highly recommended hotel- 1: Very good location (5 mins walk to JR) 2: Friendly staff, can speak simple English 3: Very nice view with big window, if you pay a little bit more) you are guaranteed to enjoy high floor view. 4: Downstairs of hotel has a big convenience store. 5: I really want to appreciate the staff from reception (Overnight shift - Very tall, skinny and wearing glasses). He helped me a lot since I lost my luggage key,I even approached him at 3 am, he was very patient and professional, help to find some other solutions, and he follow up with me in the next day and helped me again, even I experienced a bad time of lost the keys, but he made me feel I am so lucky and supportive! I really want to come back this hotel and Nagoya. Really appreciated for his kindles and support 🧡 - from a Hong Konger 🇭🇰

Just few minutes walk from Nagoya station, friendly staffs.Room was tidy and clean.

The room is relatively clean and tidy. Besides, the staff of this hotel is so nice and willing to serve you if you encounter any difficulties. You don't need to worry if you are hungry at midnight as there are two Lawson located right near the hotel. But one thing should be aware that the hotel is a little bit far away from Meitetsu Nagoya Station, you may need to walk around 15-20 minutes to get there.

This hotel might have been one of the most spotless hotels I've stayed in in my life. The bathroom was extremely clean! No black mould spotted. There was some dust along the door but it's still cleaner by most standards. I loved that there was a mirror at the table, that can also be closed. The entrance had sufficient space for 2 large luggage. Breakfast choices are quite limited. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from the station's numerous exits.

Booked this as it's one of the more affordable options nearest to the crazy hectic Nagoya Station. Walkable from and to the station with access to Shinkansen, limousine buses and trains. The rooms are regularly sized (by Japanese standards) so it was a tad squeezy with the sofa bed open.

Very good location and shopping area. Many food to eat too. But only the room a bit small for two persons.

Located near Nagoya station (Big camera west) just few minutes walk. The room is small (as typical size in Japan) but well organized. The hotel uses soap and shampoo from Pola brand which is quite impressive. On the lobby provides coffee, drink, and the varieties of amenities for us to pick up.

Hotel was close to the train station. Room was clean and all amenities available in the lobby. I had booked a smoking room in error however it did not have a strong smell of smoke so was acceptable. We used the laundry facilities and they worked well. The staff was helpful in promising us with the correct change for the laundry machine. We would certainly stay again and I would book a non smoking room.
