It is within a 10-minute walk from Nagoya station. Lawson is just next to the hotel, which makes it really convenient to grab food, etc. As in all typical Japanese hotels, the room is compact, with sufficient storage. The double bed is smaller than the usual size, so it doesn't really make for a comfortable sleep for 2 adults.

Strategic location with easy access to most places (Lawson at next door/ 5mins to Big Camera / 10mins to Taikori Entrance, Nagoya Station/ 15mins to AEON Max Value Supermarket/ 15mins to Noritake Garden..) Thanks hotel team to accommodate my room request at 18 floor with nice view (subject to availability upon check-in). Spacious room with comfy bed, chiller and a humidifier!! The bathroom is attached with bathtub and you can get the toiletries at Reception area!! There are plenty of restaurants/ Izakaya nearby. This 3 star hotel is super value for money and reception staffs can speak good English !!

Modern hotel that’s just a short walk to the metro station. The room is clean with firm and comfy beds but we couldn’t open 3 large luggage at the same time with extra bed. The water pressure is great and free drinks at the lobby.

Very good, I think overall the room is small, but suitable for two people with a luggage.

5-8 mins walk to Nagoya station.  High floor still can hear a bit noise from the train.  Even though the room is quite small but very functional.

This hotel is situated close to JR station, it’s only few minutes walk away from Shinkansen or Taikodori exit. Lawson is next to the hotel too. It’s very convenient to go around. The double room is a bit small for two people, while a small flat screen TV is wall mounted which made it tiring for watching Amenities and free coffee are available in the lobby too. In general, the room is clean and quiet, staff are polite and helpful except no proper restaurant.

everything is fine, free coffee and water at lobby which is great, however wifi is really slow and charing spot in room is weird...

Highly recommended hotel- 1: Very good location (5 mins walk to JR) 2: Friendly staff, can speak simple English 3: Very nice view with big window, if you pay a little bit more) you are guaranteed to enjoy high floor view. 4: Downstairs of hotel has a big convenience store. 5: I really want to appreciate the staff from reception (Overnight shift - Very tall, skinny and wearing glasses). He helped me a lot since I lost my luggage key,I even approached him at 3 am, he was very patient and professional, help to find some other solutions, and he follow up with me in the next day and helped me again, even I experienced a bad time of lost the keys, but he made me feel I am so lucky and supportive! I really want to come back this hotel and Nagoya. Really appreciated for his kindles and support 🧡 - from a Hong Konger 🇭🇰

Just few minutes walk from Nagoya station, friendly staffs.Room was tidy and clean.

Not too near Nagoya station and not easy to find given the ongoing construction. Go through Esca the underground mall attached to Nagoya station and exit at E7. Housekeeping flawless. Reception permits checkin only at 3 pm though some flexibility would do your service standards wonders as most of your foreign guests would have flown redeye flights in. No variety of restaurants nearby so best bet still the station.

The room is relatively clean and tidy. Besides, the staff of this hotel is so nice and willing to serve you if you encounter any difficulties. You don't need to worry if you are hungry at midnight as there are two Lawson located right near the hotel. But one thing should be aware that the hotel is a little bit far away from Meitetsu Nagoya Station, you may need to walk around 15-20 minutes to get there.

The environment is very quiet and clean, with a minimalist design, but the quality of the amenities is quite good.

This hotel might have been one of the most spotless hotels I've stayed in in my life. The bathroom was extremely clean! No black mould spotted. There was some dust along the door but it's still cleaner by most standards. I loved that there was a mirror at the table, that can also be closed. The entrance had sufficient space for 2 large luggage. Breakfast choices are quite limited. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from the station's numerous exits.
