The location of hotel is easy to find. There is also a car park inside the hotel & the parking fee is worthy enough. The drink bar is good for family to sit & eat snack after a whole day of journey. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There are a variety of famous food to choose during breakfast time.

Highly recommend this hotel with less budget but you can get decent stay. The room itself is one of those typical small room but location wise make a huge difference. 7 mins walking distance to the station and lots of convenience stores around the accommodation which is a must! The breakfast was also quite good with the price.

Fantastic hotel for families, we borrowed the stroller for 2 days and went my daughter had a fever the hotel had thermometers and fever patches on the ready for our use.

Near Nagoya station, good service, free drinks, big bathroom and sauna. Perfect breakfast!

Rooms are normal sized for Japan (ie slightly small but not tiny). Hotel is fairly new and clean. Wonderful to have public bath after long day of walking. Reasonable distance to main JR station, there’s not much near the hotel per se but tons of restaurants within 5-10 mins walk.

A 10 mins walk from JR Nagoya station. If you accept this, this hotel would be a good choice if you stay in Nagoya. The hotel is new, very clean, staff are good, accommodated with a public bath, very good breakfast, child stay is free. I like the policy that room cleaning is optional and you have to take amenity by yourself - this saves unnecessary manpower and consumables and friendly to environment. But the room is quite small that you may not have enough space to open 2 or 3 luggages

Really great stay…. The only pity was that the cleaner damaged my charging cable and I wasn’t notified until I picked up the cable. Instead of offering to replace free of charge they gave me free rental. Would have been nice to completely replace and this would have secured excellent rating. Other than that staff super friendly and nice.

Hotel is really good facilities.. Including free drink..... And microwave... Coffee..... Etc... In lobby. And the staffs are professional. But one of policy is a bit tough... That's not flexible If you want to clean room and need to call front desk only on every day 10:00a.m before if not they insist will not to clean up even missed few minutes....... If you stay few nights... This is really... Tough. Overall... Highly recommend... This hotel.... Room new and clean.... Good facilities...... And polite for front desk team.

Easy to find. 5 min walk from the Nagoya Train Station. Public onsen bath Big beds for the double bed. Luggage stand is able to put huge luggage but need to close and note if opening the door. As the door may get stuck by the protruding luggage.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The room is very clean. They have all the necessary amenities. We love how they are thoughtful with amenities for kids. We’d recommend to our friends.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL! Its clean, staffs are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! I also love how cozy the room is! The public bath was clean and we enjoyed it everyday after a long day! The location is not as close to the Nagoya station and its a bit of a walk especially with young kids but I also love how quiet the area is and away from the crowd. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers who are visiting Nagoya and looking for a cozy and kids friendly hotel!

The hotel is very nice and clean, with free soft drinks and coffee at the lobby until 11pm 👍. The room was super spacious, the twin beds could be placed together and become a massive bed. Breakfast was above average, thou it would be nice if they had more western choices for kids (e.g. cereal, hash browns etc) Location-wise, not the closest hotel around Nagoya station, gonna take about 10-12mins walk to/from Nagoya station and the closest Lawson is about 3 small blocks away. But we were driving so these were not an issue for us. Overall I recommend this hotel

A very nice hotel, family friendly hotel, clean and spacious. There is a public bath at the hotel. Very near to Lawson, Family Mart and 7 Eleven. 10 minutes walk from Nagoya station. 20 minutes walk to Toyota museum.
