This hotel is fantastic! The service is warm and attentive, rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. Its prime location offers great convenience. A perfect choice for my travels! Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect.  Very clean and spacious room with modern design. Right next to subway station and shopping mall.  Delicious breakfast.  Great fitness and wellness facilities.  Responsive and helpful staff.

The location is perfect, near to metro and convenience store. There are department stores and post office right opposite to the hotel. Very clean and stylish hotel. Would definitely come back when we visit Nagoya next time.

The location is excellent with department stores and shopping malls nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only regret was that I could not try the Japanese restaurant as I came with my son while there was no kid menu available for him. May be I can try next time when I come alone. A highly recommended hotel in Nagoya.

The hotel is new so the room is nice and big and very modern. I think if traveling as a couple can be really nice, coz the swimming pool and the gym as well as the free yoga class arranged in the early morning can be really attractive. But we have a six years old boy traveling together who really wants to go swimming. But unfortunately, kids below 16 years old are not allowed to use the the swimming pool. So we were a little bit disappointed since while choose this hotel and the JW near Nagoya station, I chose TIAD coz it’s newer and also with nice swimming pool. Such Information about restrictions should be provided by the hotel to let travelers know so that family with kids can make more informed decisions.

The hotel is very new and clean. The staff was all very very friendly and accommodated our early check in when one of the rooms were available. The facilities very great and service was very fast.

Good location and excellent hardware, delicious breakfast. A five stars plus hotel and worth to stay again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very accommodating. Service is excellent and attention to detail in cleanliness, room prep, and service is top notch. All of the staff are amazing and spoke English well. The executive king room had a gorgeous view of the city and only encouraged us to stay pampered and relax in the room than to go out and enjoy the beautiful town! And when we did go out, because if it's excellent location in Sakae area near Edion Hisaya Plaza, there happened to be a Thai Food Festival that took place that made it so much more enjoyable. Apparently festivals happen frequently at this park which is a huge plus. 24 hour gym have free weights and new equipment with digital trackers which is a pleasure to use. There's also snacks and protein drink after the workout, next to a stunning view of the city and park. The only minor downside I can think of are two things; there isnt a self-service laundry, only a paid one which is very costly. Secondly, to use the pool or thermal bath, you need to make a reservation with front desk. It's easy and a lot of slots are available, but it's just one extra thing to plan for and not good for spontaneity. Of course no pictures there in the pool or thermal bath since they do not allow it, which I understand and respect. Overall I would absolutely come back! The price is well worth the experience. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

everything is impressive except when we want to extend our stay for over the weekend due to the plans change, we are given an offer of hkd3,000 for a room with no window!
