I gave full 5/5 grades for Batam 1 Hotel. Located is good, there are food stall around the area and it takes 10 to 15 minutes walk to Nagoya Shopping Mall. I took Grab from Mall back to Hotel was only 12k (about S$1). The room was clean, bedsheets and pillow cases were smelt fresh. Many channels on TV. Counter staff were courteous, checkin checkout also fast. Breakfast was simple but not too bad indeed. Hotel guest gets 30% discount for the massage at level 3. I will book this hotel again the next time I visit Batam.

Hotel near many place of interest. Easy to locate. No need to worry no food to eat. Everywhere you go can find good food. Scenery not so many need to travel to the island end. Would like to stay here again for my next vocations in batam.

A good and clean budget hotel, superior room is small but enough for 2 people. location wise, food and marts are easy to find, money changer is near.. going anywhere just grab.. friendly service from all the staff there and very helpful.. - water flow is great in the bathroom (307) smoking room by the way. aircon is cold (plus point for that) - only gave one card access key, so cant keep the room cold till u get back 🫢 - only downside is - hotel is near roadside so expect to hear loud vehicles sound till morning, not for a light sleeper to be honest.

Fast check in with good location near the nagoya area. Not the first stay.

Cheap hotel, you get what you paid for, if you are looking for cheap hotel to stay in night i recomend this other wise look for others

Affordable very cheap. Near to Nagoya hill. Got many stall to eat. Just need to walk around 5 minit

My favourite hotel in Batam. Stayed over 10 times. Great location with a comfortable compact room. Bed is nice but the pillows need to be replaced. A tad soft for my head. Clean toilet and shower with hot water. But the room I stayed in had a faulty showerhead that did not spray straight. Floor is not carpeted and has a sticky feel. The amenities in the room is sufficient and the tv has enough channel. Will be back for sure.

It’s nice place to stay if you don’t mind the hotel status as a little ok. But comfortable to say with families. ( kids and seniors)

Room inside wifi no coverage properly in and out , religion can’t also , if office work need to cover and can’t suitable this hotel wifi booster not coverage . Reception silent ( reception area full coverage )

If possible install a refrigerator in the room. Can cater breakfast with more variety Serving breakfast location is awesome

3d2n at Batam 1 hotel, the stay was great for a 2 stars hotel compared to other 3 stars hotel I have previously stayed at. Service: - Receptionist was very helpful with helping us pinpoint the location to order grabcar to our destinations - If you need morning call to your room, just inform the counter receptionist. Facilities: - Room was cleaned - Toilet was cleaned - Bedsheet slightly got some small stained / Pillow okay - Hope can improve more on the Wifi signal (Weak inside the room as wifi keep getting disconnected, okay near the door area only) - Room service to clean up the room was great as well. - Hotel provided toothbrush, towels, shampoo & bodywash - Overall, the room was in great condition - If you are super light sleeper, this hotel might not be suitable for you as the road street is quite near to the hotel - Didn't book the hotel with breakfast, there breakfast option with the restaurant & cafe at the top floor (Tower A) - If you need some in-house massage or body scrub, can head over to (Tower B) floor 3 - Can choose between smoking or non-smoking room on your own preference One of my favorite hotels stay in Batam Nagoya area

Location was good, room was good but service staff lack of warmth except for Mr Dio at front desk and the night watchman (security/satpam) Wifi was slow in my room, I'm not sure if it because my room was the last corner next to emergency exit

The hotel room was a simple yet so clean. Location wise is good and safe for solo customer who loves to travel around by foot as it is not that far to walk to the Nagoya Mall. The food around serves local nice food so not to worry about getting hungry. The hotel staff are also nice and warm welcoming kind.I will definitely put this hotel in my list for next visit to Batam.
