I would like to recommend this hotel to people going Batam. I had a pleasant experience with the service and staff. Need a bigger pool though, but my children enjoyed the facilities and the rooms are clean. That is the most important. Great job guys!!🥰

location was good, abt 10min grab ride from the ferry terminal. there’s nothing much within walking distance, but it was ok for me cos i had specific places i wanted to go and asialink was near to most/all of them. breakfast was not bad. 👍🏽💯

First time booking this hotel. It was great but decent. Nearby other malls. Room looks clean and neat too.

We have a short holiday. So we chose to stay this hotel for our shopping day.the room is quite nice and not so far from shopping mall.

A very nice hotel, spacious & clean, helpful staff. The breakfast is good, & we are really enjoy it. This hotel is located nearby city area, & it's very convenient to go around with Grab. The weakness is the sound proofing, especially our room is beside the main road. Quite annoying with the motobike sound, & cant sleep well. For those sensitive to sound, may b can request higher floor. Will definitely come back again next time. Thank you so much

Frankly not a bad deal for the price. However hope hotel management team can look into these. 1. Fridge which doesn’t serve purpose when a bottle water was not chill after 2 days. 2. Upgrade your window sound proofing, at night still can hear clearly how many the traffic there is. 3. breakfast quality , if no one would eat and will make food go to waste. 4. Front desk does not even know which rooms we had booked when we opt for connecting room. If such rooms are not even available in the first place, don’t even advertise such deal.

They allowed us an early check in. We had room service and the food was excellent! Enjoyed our stay. Easy to get around too.

This was our 2nd time check in into this hotel. The hotel location was great. Near to 2 mosts visits Malls. This time me & wife took the normal room( superior). Room is big enough to move around. Bathroom completes with bidet n the water pressure was awesome. Although it may be almost perfect but its best if the shower area entrance had a curtain to avoid the shower water to go beyond the toilet bowl areas. The tv is blurred n its still analog- unable to enjoy much of it. The room windows could used a extra sound proof as the nights we both are disturbed by sounds of traffic especially the motorbikes.. so irritating. Other then that is ok. Aircon is super cool. A normal hot day 22°c with med fan is cold enough whilst at night 24°c with low fan.... was just nice for us. Breakfast was normal. Service was top notch, very attentive n friendly. On my last night-stay, the concierge staff named Mr Ariff took the initiative to whatsapp me to arrange for my nxt day check out plans & given us a late check out to just in time for our ferry. ( although he was off duty) & thanks Mr Roni to send Us off to ferry terminal. 👍👍👍
