The location of this hotel really super good and breakfast is served with variety of locals food . Big space of room c/w very cool aircon and very hot water .The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will visit this hotel again soon. Tq

This hotel has 2 building, choose the taller side for newer rooms. Choose high floor as lower floors are KTV than SPA. Location is good food/market/Mall/ massage shop are all nearby. Room 802 needs maintaining . Blackout/ aircon no power/ door

Good location for food and massages. Rooms and facilities need to improve. Good room rate compared to others surrounding hotel.

Cheap seafood , place to relax massage is good . Disco is overwhelming with love band and dj

My room wasn’t cleaned after I requested to make up my room when I headed out. The aircon was so old and wasn’t cold enough.

Can stay for the location. Other than that, it is really old hotel with aged furniture.

Surrounding not bad can find food easy, shopping mall and food court just behind the hotel

Room was as per photo in Trip Website, so its a nice Grand Executive with King bed. Facilities was good nice food around the hotel as well. Overall Great value for money, will stay again

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Yogi Fernando from the housekeeping department at Batam City Hotel for his exceptional support during my recent trip. I arrived in Batam on the morning of April 17th after an early flight from Jogjakarta, and although the standard check-in time was 2 PM, Mr. Yogi went above and beyond to assist me. I had informed him in advance about my arrival, and thanks to his thoughtful coordination, he managed to have my room prepared earlier than expected. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care truly made a positive impact on my stay. I deeply appreciate his excellent service and dedication.

furniture is pretty mouldy and old door sensors seem to be not so effective and sharp location is very good as surrounding with lots of food centres,walking distance to shopping malls fronts desk and staff are warming and courtesy are being performed

The room that I've paid for was very, very small & I've asked for King-size bed - was given Queen-size. The room was very damped because of the rain - the carpet was soggy & wet. I've always stay in that hotel but this time the room was very terrible. Bad experience. Overall, the service is a OK.
