Have a memorable experience staying in Brevely Hotel Batam on my recent trip with friends. Must say room is huge for deluxe King and staff are super friendly.Daily breakfast with average options but food are delicious.unfortunatly pool is under renovation.
Overall is a present stay in this hotel will surely recommend friends to experience the stay

This is my second time staying here, but I have to say that this time I was not impressed. Even though we booked a month in advance, the check-in time was a long wait.2 hours before we can check in, waiting until 4 pm. While we were sitting and waiting, we saw other people who came later and checked in got the room first. What does that mean? When we asked at the counter, all we got was an apology. We complained and still didn't get the room until 4 pm. Then we could check in.

Hotel is convenient to city's. Everything looks good except for the room service to restaurants are poor. Never pick the call for 4 hours. The rest looks good.

House keeping was bad, toilet no wash.as for breakfast even worst,say 6-10am,but 8am no food even eggs no have but when U order from them they say ok,waited 10mins no eggs come when ask they say no more,so angry 😤.as for gym say 7am-9pm but when U 8am go all electricity also no have machine all no switch on,ask for them to open say ok waited 15mins still not here . service was not GD.swimming pool under maintenance, KTV under maintenance.checkout time ask we wait they check room than tell us can go but waiting for 10mins still no call ,ask them than they say already checked ok,check no tell ,waste my time waiting. Service all very bad,not going back here again although room is bigger than others hotel

The location is not great but Batam is convenient to get grab in 1-2mins time. I like that the surrounding is quiet. The only downside is side for me is that rooms are not very sound proof. I can heard people running about upstairs almost continuously and banging sound in low frequency at certain periods. Otherwise everything is great as I stayed during off peak period. With the price and huge size of the room, I think I will give it a go again. Thank you.

The shower drain did not drain quickly so the water was constantly above my ankles in the bathtub.
The sheets had black spots on it.

The hotel is old and quite dirty. The aircon cannot be adjusted and a bit too cold. No sauna and spa to be found. The location is not bad.
