Worst customer service. I booked a family room and paid for it 4 months before. But when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that their family rooms were not available. Instead, they offered me a smaller room. Electricity was not available for first 4 hours when the temperature outside was 28 degrees Celsius. On top, they promised to provide pick up services from airport but no one showed up. Hence, At 4 AM in the morning, I had to book a taxi with my three children to go to the hotel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone, specially with family.

Disgusting. Found out after a few nights of staying in the accommodation that this hotel is usually used for S#X workers. The place stinks but smells nice during check in hours (other wise I would have walked out the door). The staff only turn the hot water on for showering around 6-8 am & 5-8pm. The hotel is located on the Main Street and is noisy and uncomfortable (unless that’s what you’re after). The photos of the hotel are made to look modest and comfortable but as it was my 1st time in Fiji I made the biggest mistake of my life. Don’t expect a refund either.

This hotel is in the heart of the Nadi business district and very convenient for shopping. It is right next to a new modern shopping mall. There is a meals room and bar, where breakfast and dinner are served at reasonabe prices. The staff are very professional and very helpful for organising anything we needed, tours, laundry (done on site by house staff), transport etc We had to walk up 3 flights of irregular stairs to get to our room, which would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. The room itself was clean, although the bathroom needed renovating, the shower leaked and was not very clean. There was a window which looked out onto the wall of the shopping centre next door, (less than a metre). The biggest downside to this hotel was the nightclub across the road which did not stop until 1 am. We could hear every beat of the music till then.

Bula ! I am a Solo traveller from India . Made a huge mistake of booking this hotel . As if the torn bedsheets n blankets , the broken bed wasn't enough , this woman from the morning staff had the audacity to be unwelcoming and extremely rude n I'll mannered ( ignored a couple of times initially) when asked her recommendation for an Indian restaurant around . She literally spoiled the whole vibe of travelling to Fiji . Requesting the manager / owner to look after before she gets the hotel shut . Disgusted and furious . Vinaka 🙏

Horrible night mare. Room was filthy pillow had looked like blood stains. our 2nd day the bathroom sink exploded as per the manager well its not a ** 5 * star hotel so just accept it. food was brought in from near by restaurant half cooked . this is was the most horendous experience I have ever experienced .. will never stay or recommend to any one EVER!!.

Wenn Sie können meiden Sie das Hotel da es leider nicht sauber ist. Ich wurde vom Management betrogen und warte bis heute auf meine Rückzahlung. Zimmer bzw Hotel war nicht sauber. Es ist auch sehr laut. Betrieben wird fas Hotel von ein paar sehr geschwäzigen Indern die gern mit Curry kochen.Das riecht man im gesammten Hotel

Llegamos a Nadi un dia por la tarde-noche, cansados y bastante afectados por el humedo calor que reina en la isla. Al llegar al hotel nos prepararon algo para cenar dado que el restaurante ya estaba cerrado pero fue mas que suficiente. Despues de cenar, nos informaron que las normas de covid en Fiyi, obligan a hacer un test de antigenos antes de salir a la calle. Nosotros desconociamos esta normativa por lo que nos quedamos sin saber como actuar, acababamos de llegar a un paisdesconocido, nuestro nivel de ingles es muy limitado y lo veiamos todo muy *****. El director del hotel, al vernos tan nerviosos, se ofreció a solucionarnos el tramite del test de antigenos y nos dijo que no nos preocuparamos, que el lo organizaba todo para el dia siguiente. Al la mañana siguiente, despues de desayunar unas enfermeras vinieron al hotel, nos hicieron el test y en 30 minutos deisponiamos del correspondiente certificado oficial para poder viajar por el pais. Pero aqui no acaba el trabajo del director del hotel. Despues nos pregunto que ruta queriamos hacer y nos comprobó todas las reservas de hotel que teniamos hechas y nos facilitó los tickets para los ferrys necesarios. Sin coste extra alguno.Tambien nos facilito los transfers de recogida al regreso de las islas y el traslado al aeropuerto...esto si tuvo un coste adicional pero valió la pena por la efectividad con que se cumplió todo lo acordado. Este hotel es un negocio familiar y aparte del servicio de hotel, ofrece un servicio de agencia de viajes practicamente sin coste adicional y despues de haber pasado dos semanas y visitado 4 diferentes islas con sus correspondientes desplazamientos hemos de agradecer el servicio prestado. Ah , me olvidaba, el ultimo dia, antes del regreso a Sidney, y de camino al aeropuerto, nos llevaron a una clinica donde nos hicieran el test de antignos para poder entrar a Australia y nos dieron el certificado oficial. Mejor servicio o se puede pedir
