I am very disturbed with trip.com assigned very small room for 2+1 pax which is badly impacted us and amenities is totally 0 . I never expected this in my 1st transaction

The rooms are really spacious and clean. I visited ***** with my pet. We ordered chinese in the afternoon, it was good. The only problem i faced was room service. Post 7pm there was nobody at the reception. I had an issue with ac but there was nobody to attend. I wanted to order breakfast in the room but that also wasn't available. In the morning water wasn't available in the bathroom, so i had to call reception and get the issue resolved after 20 mins.

I checked in at 7pm, yesterday, since then i have been asking for a towel, till now( 7. 45am) no response, tv is not working informed reception no response. Food is average. By 10 will be checking out, poor service. I trusted mm t and booked which is my fault.

The room was clean and spacious. Had gone with my pets and did not face any problems the staff was very nice and responded to all requests. Overall it was a very nice stay

Room was spacious but the service could have been better. Above and all liked it. Only issue is that there were blinds in the washroom window which were not opaque. Very tough to share room with friends

Value for money. Location of property is near to many tour location of city. Food is nyc. Staff services are also excellent. Best option to see.

Found this property in mmt and the attractive thing is the room area which is spacious which can accommodate my family comfortably. Morning breakfast is complimentary, quality and taste is good. We had lunch, ordered meals, chicken fried rice, gobi manchurian which is excellent. Car parking is available. Location is nearby to palace and few other famous eateries like vinayaka mylari, guru sweets, hanumanthu within 2 kms. Overall our stay is pleasant and had a nice time.
