I am very disturbed with trip.com assigned very small room for 2+1 pax which is badly impacted us and amenities is totally 0 . I never expected this in my 1st transaction

It was great stay at Villa Park. Room was super clean. It's Pet friendly hotel. Service was quick. Tourist spots like Chamundi hill, Mysore Palace, Zoo etc are very close from hotel location. Hotel located in good area. Manager Mr. Albert was very cooperative.

The rooms are really spacious and clean. I visited ***** with my pet. We ordered chinese in the afternoon, it was good. The only problem i faced was room service. Post 7pm there was nobody at the reception. I had an issue with ac but there was nobody to attend. I wanted to order breakfast in the room but that also wasn't available. In the morning water wasn't available in the bathroom, so i had to call reception and get the issue resolved after 20 mins.
