1. The check-in process proceeded smoothly. 2. Despite reminders, water was not initially provided in the room. Upon request, a jar of water was delivered without accompanying glasses; eventually, I retrieved the glasses myself. 3. Essential toiletries such as towels and soap were not provided. 4. The most concerning incident occurred when I parked my rented bike in the basement. When faced with a steep road leading to the basement, I sought assistance from the receptionist. He offered to park the bike for me while I attended to other matters. However, upon returning within 5 minutes, I discovered my bike missing. The receptionist had entrusted the keys to his acquaintance, leading to an hour of distress and uncertainty. Despite numerous attempts to retrieve the bike, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the management or owner. Resorting to Airbnb customer service, I expressed my concerns about the safety of my belongings, as such actions indicated a breach of trust and security.
