Very good and clean and friendly people. Only issue not providing drinking glass. Water was good and toilet also

Worst maintenance of room. Even not provided costumer support. Fans and ac not in good working condition. No mats for bathroom good from outside, worst inside

Room sir average with single chair and table, don't opt for breakfast as it's packed from outside as it's totally not good. Rest room is ok.

Bad service. While we were calling them to given number they didn't even rcv the call as well ase there were no foot mat in the room no hot water, no cleaning in the morning also. Too bad experience

The room was very pleasant and well maintained and very hygiene and the staff at the hotel very. Friendly and provide a very good service, totally we liked the room and the location very much. Thank you hotel palace inn.

Location of hotel is good, parking is not proper space. Hotel staff very slow in query. Multiple calls made to resolve power issue.

The rooms were good and clean but i found the mattress to be so bad that it was getting compressed a lot and i had to wake up with a terrible back pain. I had to spend about 4k or more for this room. To get this kind of service is really bad.
