Pros of the property - good location (5 mins walkable distance to bus station and mysore palace, north indian food restaurant just opposite to the hotel, clean rooms and washrooms (nice washbasin, plastic pouch with toothbrush kit, clean pillows and bedsheet. Areas of improvement - non ac rooms are slightly overpriced for the room size. If someone wants to book a cab taxi to ooty, can get it at cheaper rates

Room was so good and clean and staff was also goodall the facility were working good and bed was so comfortable. We had a good stay.

The rooms and toilet were clean, without any foul smell. Bedsheets washed, toilet sanitized. There is a 24 x 7 hot water supply for the bath. Filtered drinking water is available. A comb, a medimix soap and clik shampoo was given. On demand bath towels, dinner plates are also available. The hotel is at a prime location with mysore palace within walkable distance. Parking space will be provided but needs juggling between multiple tight spots as it is a busy street. Television with limited channels is available. The bed and pillow are comfortable, but not queen size. It's a bit smaller and space is enough for a couple and can't sleep comfortably with a baby. Coming to the negatives, the toilet faucet needs fixing. It has a very low powered water jet and sprays in all directions. There is literally no cupboard, which was a huge let down. There is a very good lift, but the doors are faulty and closed in on me twice, hit me and opened again. There is no door mat, which makes the room quite messy easily(bath mat is provided. No images

I stayed with my friend, we came to explore mysore, great exposure to near by places because this hotel is near by the all tourist attractions, cleanliness, maintainence everything was nice, as a girls great experience of stay there.

It felt good to be located in a convenient area. Not having a restaurant facility seemed a little difficult. I can give full marks in terms of cleanliness. I felt that the punctuality could be a little better. All over it felt good.
