I have been a regular visitor(since 2022) to this hotel whenever we travel to mysore. The service is deteriorating! the washroom is not clean, towels, bedspread, pillow covers have stains in it. The food is very good for both old age and kids.

Stayed here for more than a week... The entire staff,from the front desk to restaurant (vegetarian) and housekeeping serve with a smile and very helpful. We had a senior citizen with us and they made sure that she was comfortable. Will definitely recommend

Even though the room is nice clean and maintained well the staff especially the receptionist was rude. Further it may be mentioned ia 17 yr old is considered as a child but the receptionist refused to agree and i had to pay an extra amount. Overall stay is good but the receptionist attitude is good

Stayed here for more than a week. Would like to thank the entire front desk staff mr. Shashank, ms. Prema, ms. Laxmi and manager mr. Santosh for a great stay. Mr bharat from housekeeping was prompt and helpful. They have a veg fine dine restaurant where the excellent service and tasty food is definitely commendable. Mr. Shankar r eddy stood out for his helpfulness here as was ms. Nandini, dev and bishal. What l liked about the entire experience was that they serve with a smile there are a few niggles but l am sure that the same will be sorted.

First off all you guys give worst service, the hotel went in kept us waiting even after 2:30 for checkin. You guys should stop doing such fraud. I did not get the room i wanted

I recently stayed at hotel golden riviera in mysore and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, situated close to key attractions which made exploring the city easy. I would recommend this stay for anyone visiting mysore. It offers a good blend of comfort, convenience and friendly service.
