Elena Studios & Suites

Everything perfect from the time of our arrival at the airport. The driver was expecting us to take us to the hotel. There, the receptionist welcomed us in a warm and polite way and after the check-in procedure she showed us our room.The room was spacious, renovated and quiet, all we needed for our vacation. In a very close distance, 5minutes walking, there was the beach of Ornos and the beach of Korfos(which is more exposed to the strong winds of Mykonos). Also close to the property, there is a bus stop and the bus takes you to the main bus terminal of Mykonos, Fabrika. Very convenient if you don't have a transportation of your own. At the check-out everything was also smooth and so was our transfer back to the airport. Overall, it was a splendid experience and for sure we would come back to Mykonos and Elena studios and suites.

We have stayed at Elena studios 3 times over the past 8 years and love the location and simplicity of the building. Small & friendly . With the beach a short walk away , a scattering of restaurants ( mostly expensive) and a mini market opposite. But self catering is a joke . 2 electric rings , 1 frying pan , 1 saucepan and a miss match of cutlery and plates . Can’t even make toast . The rooms have always been clean and gets a maid daily. But they are now in need of a make over . They are very dated , had this style interior 30 yrs ago on my first visit to Greece. Elena is a lovely place to base a holiday but just needing modernising.

Eravamo in 3 in uno studio piccolo, secondo me era x 2 e ci hanno aggiunto un letto togliendo i comodini, troppo stretto il passaggio fra i letti e neanche 1 comodino x poter appoggiare nulla. In cucina era quasi tutto x 2 persone, quindi 2 tazzine e due cucchiaini. Però le Forchette erano 3 e i piatti 4, wow.... 2 pentole di cui una antiaderente arrugginita proprio dove si metteva il cibo. Il freezer era pieno di ghiaccio con cose appartenenti agli ospiti di chissà quanto prima, non ci stava neanche un cono gelato. Luce nel vano cucina niente, la sera non ci vedevo. Televisione mancante. Biancheria ingrigita. Pulizia scarsa anche se passavano ogni giorno ma facevano solo il letto e pulivano il pavimento, i sanitari no. Ma la cosa peggiore era la puzza che saliva a ondate dallo scarico della doccia!! Probabilmente senza scarico a sifone... Poche cose positive. I materassi tutto sommato buoni. Il supermercato proprio davanti.
