Cuu Long Hotel

住的是套房，面積挺大！浴巾很差，衞生挺一般的，不過服務還不錯！前台和保安還幫忙送行李去房間，還幫忙開空調！ 環境：全景落地窗，能看到湄公河

除了早餐以外，沒什麼亮點！

Every thing is bad: - no hot tub (no thing changed after a plumber fixed up) - noisy A/C - bad quality linen (pillow, tower and blanket) - no tooth brush in room - the food is horrible on 1st floor, should not go here for lunch or dinner - very hot elevator - agreed pick up my shirt for laundry at 6.30 am but came at 6.15 when I was in toilet. Useless staff from reception to HKP. I stayed in room #509. Never come back.

I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in My Tho city in June 2024, where the front desk staff were notably friendly and the breakfast was fairly comprehensive. My room, number 407, lacked windows and had a fairly hard bed, although the bathroom size was acceptable and there was a desk suitable for work. Despite these amenities, I find the hotel to be overpriced, charging 660k for the lowest rack rate. While the hotel features a rooftop bar, it is modestly equipped and the service there was disappointing. The staff at the rooftop bar lacked a basic understanding of customer service and hospitality, which greatly diminished my experience. Their insistence on closing promptly at 10 PM and rushing me to finish my drink was particularly frustrating. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, their only solution was to offer a 10% discount, which felt more dismissive than accommodating. This experience, along with other service issues, has left a sour taste in my mouth, not just for the hotel but for My Tho city as a whole. Unfortunately, I don’t foresee myself returning to either in the future.

Khách sạn có vị trí rất tốt n*** gần trung tâm, bên tàu và bờ sông. Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình Phòng sạch sẽ rộng rãi, Đồ ăn sáng tạm ổn Có tour 4 đảo phù hợp với gia đình và đậm chất miền tây Sảnh cũng rất rộng rãi có bãi đậu xe Đồ ăn phục vụ tại phòng rất ngon và giá vừa phải

Nhân viên nhiệt tình và chu đáo Phòng không lớn nhưng ấm cúng Dịp mình đi dịp kỉ niem ngày cưới thấy giường có trang trí đơn giản my dễ thương lắm, phần này th không biết chồng mình có yêu cầu thêm không Có cà phê sân thượng tầng 8 hay 9 gì đó ngắm cảnh đẹp lắm!! Nhất định phải đến đây !! Vị trí gần bến đò tham quan du lịch đi bộ cũng được khoảng 10p, tối còn có chợ đêm ăn uống nhưng hơi buồn Nếu có dịp mình sẽ quay lại
