Ramada by Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road

Ramada is a nice property with delicious food in the buffet. Garden valley view rooms are the best options. Dinner buffet is delicious with lots of food options like fish, chicken and mutton. Presence of the hotel on the mall road makes it easily accessible for shopping and evening activities. I came to Mussorie with family for 3 nights and it's worth staying in the hotel, but with the high price range. Tambola activity in the lawn area in evening is also good one, with snacks and high tea. Glass house restaurant is awesome in the night time with lights on. Best part is available space for car parking and then no need to take your car for going to market. Take the pleasurable walk for the daily market trips.. Downsides of this property - kids games are chargeable and doesn't resonate well with the 5 star hotel culture. Kid games are complementary in other properties like Trident and Leelas.

We stayed here for couple of nights. Hotel is situated at Mall Road which is busy area. Getting here takes little effort.Has good view of Doon valley. Rooms are decent. Food at the restaurant was okay. Service is good… but gets slow sometimes. Overall decent stay.

Nothing can be better than the treatment, care and overall very welcoming. Staff very soft spoken and caring. I am 75 now and my birthday falling 6th May has been celebrated with lots of fun And spirit. HATS OF TO YOUR HOTEL AND STAFF. MY BEST WISHES . Beautiful heritage property. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Will definitely visit again. Very warm and helpful staff. The valley facing rooms were beautiful as was the grand ornate staircase. Enjoyed the evening high tea and the game if tombola as well.

Food was excellent Service was good Overall satisfying All cars specially tempo travelers are not allowed till the hotel entrance as there is a barrier set up on the entrance by government agencies which is a bit of a problem. Overall good experience

My experience was amazing food quality was to good resturant service was up to the mark staff was so polite and humble we will surely come back next time and my family was so happy with your hospitality location was amazing room were very comfortable

Comfortable stay with tasty food. Specially paratha in breakfast. And rooms are very cozy. Balcony view rooms are specially more Comfortable with a breathtaking view. Staff are very helpful. They Alway carried smile on their faces. Will definitely recommend this property to others.

Ramada by Wyndham, Mussorie Mall Road - Amazing Ambience and Excellent Hospitality We had a family tour to Mussorie last week and stayed at Ramada by Wyndham, Mussorie Mall Road for three Nights. Duration of stay: October 2, 2024 to October 4, 2024 We had a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located. On our arrival at the picture palace,we were greeted by the hotel staff who arranged for our luggage to be taken to the hotel and took us by car to the hotel. The welcome drink was refreshing and the check-in process was swift. We found the rooms very neat and tidy. All amenities such as hot pot, Coffee/Tea/Milk powder/sugar satchets were provided in sufficient quantity. Plenty of Drinking water bottles too were provided during our entire stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning up the room during the time we went for sight-seeing. After our sight-seeing each evening we were delighted to have the complimentary High Tea with snacks. Late evening during dinner we enjoyed the live music. The room had a large screen TV. We had an issue with the room access card which was promptly attended to and set right. Breakfast at the hotel included hot and delicious Paranthas, Poori, Sabji, Dosa, Idlis,upma,poha,salads, corn flakes, Bread/Butter/Jam, Cup Cakes/Donuts choice of Fruit juice water melon/orange/ smoothies etc., (Non vegetarian dishes were also available) Thanks to the excellent service of Front desk team of Ms. Paridhi Parihar, Mr. Shoor Veer and team, Mr. Sandeep and F&B team for the delicious breakfast/dinner and housekeeping team Mr.Gokul and team for the amazing time we had at Ramada, Mussorie I would definitely recommend my friends/family to experience the excellent hospitality at this hotel. ********************
