Wao, what a great place to stay with ur loved ones. Felt very special as the hotel is very unique of its own, kinda heritage property. Adjoining to Mall road mussoorie which adds to the beauty of ur stay. Staff is very curtious and gentle, soft spoken and listens to each and every requirement in details. Food was very very tasty. Staff name Manuj was very polite and soft spoken and helped us to book our ride too. 10/10 numbers to him. Moreover a very nice and comfortable stay,will recommend to each and every one visiting Mussoorie. Thanks for making our stay comfortable & nice.

It is a heritage hotel with very high ceilings , washrooms have been recently refurbished (which was much needed) . do not expect a very high level of service. Basically this hotel will give you decent heritage room to stay, if you like to stay at heritage hotels. No restaurant inside but a plenty nearby. Yes, with kids it might be difficult as nothing is available to eat / drink inside the hotel. However location is so good that everything else can be ignored.

Amazing place right at the mall. Don't expect 5 star amenities but they charge according to that also. Breakfast is amazing especially if you have kids. Limited options but the taste is great. Staff is ready to help at all times. Rooms are very spacious can accommodate a family of 4 very very easily. Will surely visit again. Closeby restaurants deliver food aswell.

Our stay at hakmans hotel was quite satisfactory. Staff was very cooperative and professional. They need to improve food quality. Overall my stay was mesmerising
