This hotel is not as per expectation. Hotel situated on hill. There is no facility to take luggage bags. Staff is also rude and not helpful. We are disappointed. Rooms are not upto the mark as per prize.

Location is good on mall road but if you're travel-ling from your own car, pl insure to reach before 5pm, as 5pm to 10pm is no entry zone. Room is not as per the photographs, there are lots of seelan issues ***** with some dirty walls. At night they said, we'll change the room in the morning and in morning there is no solution, you're bound to stay in the same room even where you're staying for more then a day. No room heater were provided even if you're travel-ling with a kid. Food was ok.

The stay was fine but room service could have been better. Also, buy water bottles from outside instead of getting it from the hotel as they charge 40 rs per bottle litre bottle.

Rooms can have a much better ambience and the bedding and amenities can be upgraded. Room freshners should be provided. Mattress and covers should cleaned.

Room was very small and seepage from walls, the hot water tap is extremely slow and might take hours to fill the bucket! staff were courteous but that isn’t how the hotel works.

The staff did not responded properly. They even changed our rooms in the name of upgradation which were really not.

Everything in the hotel was fantastic, including the rooms, the services and the affordability. A little issue was with the location as it is located at the farther end of mall road and had to climb a bit to reach there.

Rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very polite as well as view from the hotel was mind-blowing
