Poorly maintained hotel. Downstair rooms are medico-re poor ventilation, poor maintenance lenines are used ones. No toiletries provided.

The hotel's condition and services were unsatisfactory. It appeared to be poorly maintained, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the premises. Additionally, there was no heating system available.

Room was not clean so much of dirt in windows. Shower was not working. Staff is polite but room is not good at all. Only thing which was good is location of hotel

It was perfect place to stay there. I liked the behaviour of the staff and food. I will say please don't book the basement room. Because i felt suffocation.

Hotel location is very good, it is on mall road. Staff also very helpful. Only a suggestion to update current contact details of hotel on make my trip
