I need to wait 5 min to check-in as the reception is doings something. I feel that the hotel does not put customers first. The room is also not clean but the price is extremely cheap. That’s only good reason for this hotel.

Excellent location - close to shops, eateries, minutes away from the airport bus. Great pool on the roof top with panoramic views. Breakfast is fine with hot food selections changing from day to day. The staff, both at the reception and restaurant, was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you! The room was spacious and the bathroom amenities were acceptable. One suggestion is to retire some of the old towels; some were frayed at the edges.

This visit was supposed to be a trip for our anniversary & valentine's day. When we arrived at the hotel; * No towels in the room and when you ask they say hand towels are not available i give you 2 big ones, use them (we are 2 in the room) * No sleepers (out of stock) so after a shower you need to wear your shoes to roam around. * The phone in the room is not working so you cannot call reception to ask for missing services or room service or for anything else. * The view is not making you feel like you're having a vacation (pictures attached). The windows are not opening and there is no balcony * The furniture is old and broken. * This was a room called sea view A total disappointment!

Dishonest hotel staff - booked a Presidential Suite but gave us a normal room instead. Upon clarification, they mentioned excuses like AC not working. Following after, they gave us a Presidential Suite, with choked bathtub, choked drain, choked sink. Seems like we were blinded by the 'good' reviews which are undoubtedly fake. Trip.com support tried reaching out to them but they did not respond. If you value your sanity, do not book the hotel. Management is conniving, room is incredibly dirty. There is mold present in the room, hair balls, sunflower seeds and stains EVERYWHERE.

I checked in on May 23rd around noon, and right away I had an unpleasant experience at reception. The guy at the front desk, despite knowing my name and surname, addressed me as “bro.” I found this very unprofessional and inappropriate, especially since we are not friends and have never met before. When I entered my room, I noticed that there wasn’t even a single complimentary bottle of water, which is something every hotel I’ve stayed at usually provides. Then I requested an iron because I wanted to press my shirt, and they handed me a burnt iron — it was clearly damaged and visibly scorched. It’s hard to understand why any hotel would offer such an item to a guest. When I went back to the reception to ask for another iron, they first told me there was no other one available. The next day, when I asked again, they said they would bring a replacement to my room, but they never did. I ended up taking my shirt to a nearby laundry service to have it ironed. Additionally, the floor in my room was sticky and clearly not properly cleaned. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of basic hospitality standards.

The location of the hotel is amazing and the room are clean and quiet but there is slippers and enough towels for face and hands in the bathroom.

The hotel is in very good location with convenient surroundings, like the Turkish canteen and shops. The staffs in hotel are very nice. Thuraiya helps us with ordering Omantaxi due to our phones does not work.

Amazing places close to everything But have problem there is only 8 parking for the whole Parking not free in this area Internet not connected so u need your data there is no wifi

Close to the mosque, embassy, convenient transportation, and high cost-effectiveness. I will come again next time

Good stay in muscat. Beautiful swimming pool on rooftop. Close by many restaurants and shops. Parking is easy.
