Lovely hotel, great breakfast, very very comfortable bed, room and shower. I just feel the pool service and food could have been better, also no valet parking.

Due to the cancellation of flights by fly dubai, we requested a cancellation or change of reservation. They refused without explanation.

The attentive and welcoming staff further enhanced the overall experience, ensuring that every moment of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. We had a truly wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. A special thanks goes to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, who were exceptionally kind and attentive to all our needs. Every meal was a delight, and the service in the restaurants was warm, professional, and consistently thoughtful. Housekeeping also went above and beyond, visiting twice a day and keeping our room spotless and ensuring we were always comfortable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent attention to detail throughout. We’re so grateful for the hospitality we received and would love to return again in the future.

My stay at the kempinski hotel in muscat was not as good as expected from a five star international hotel.. My friends and I encountered unfavorable treatment from some of the staff and other mishaps at the hotel, however it wasn’t all bad as I did find the room comfortable and in general the interior of the hotel was nice and minimalistic with a touch of modern class. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed kayaking at beach and most importantly I like how the manager compensated us after all the trouble we had during our stay ..

We asked for late check out but male receptionist refused two times. However while doing the check out the omani female receptionist extended our stay for two hours. Unfortunately I dont remember the names and i am really thankful for that lady and upset bcoz of that receptionist who refused the late check out bcoz of him i gave 3/5 service.

Great property, lived the Café food for lunch and the service, reception and concierge are very friendly too. Rooms are simple but big. Location is a bit far from main atractions but close to the airport.

Отель понравился. Красивая территория , архитектура и инфраструктура. Отличные завтраки. Один раз брали ужин буфет. Тоже отлично, очень большой выбор еды.

給大家注意點小酒店的分享看找別人的評價不太多，攜程幫忙定的酒店，攜程的服務還是可以整個酒店的現代化器械還是不錯的，一開始會有與W酒店相比有較大設計感落差，上來了以後整體還是不錯的，也要反映出這個國家的旅遊重視，酒店業與周邊的酒店式公寓項目發展的可能性。中國人很少，阿曼是免簽國家，從入境的整體感覺來講，他還是很現代的感覺還是不錯的，雖然入境的時候會有所謂的塞小費的專用通道，10塊阿曼幣，如果你打車可以不要去到達廳出口那邊的預訂櫃枱叫，出了出口，出租車口還是不錯的。

好的沒話説，非常滿意，景色服務食物價格都很優秀。還會再來。泳池清澈見底，水還有香香的氣味。泰國菜 印度菜 中東菜 各個餐館味道都很棒
