Nice hotel, good food, lovely kids club with nice activities and the entire staff was very kind. I can recommend that hotel and if you want to have a very calm room, try to reserve a room on the opposite of pool side in building 5-8. Outside Pool was a little bit too cold for kids to stay longer, but October is on the other side not that hot, which is great. The positive thing is the indoor pool where you can warm up and be able to train swimming with smaller kids

Lovely hotel, lovely gardens and pool all maintained very well except for our kitchen area which was a little run down(see photo) Reception staff are very helpful and friendly, bar staff are not so much. A little remote but buses are easy to get. One annoying thing is the sun bed reservation which I think is unfair. You have to put your towels on early otherwise they are reserved all day even though people are not using them. Otherwise an enjoyable holiday. Very close to a lovely beach and entertainment is good, except the children's entertainment which is all in German as this seems to be a German oriented hotel.

We booked to come here for our family summer vacation based on positive Trip Advisor reviews so I think it’s important I set the record straight. This hotel is awful. We booked all-inclusive and this place isn’t cheap. So you expect it to be…all-inclusive. Nope. You have to pay extra to use the safe in the room, which is essentially a small hole that has been sawed out of the wall, that opens with a key that you have to then carry with you all over the resort. You can maybe squeeze one wallet in there. Each person gets a towel for free when you first check-in but that’s the only towel you’ll get no matter how long you stay! We are booked to stay for 10 days and they expect us to use the same towels for our whole stay. Of course, you can pay for fresh ones. Not included. And if you like more than one drink with your meal, good luck. For some reason they’ve made the decision that drinks will be served by staff even though the rest is buffet. First of all, only a few of the wait staff are able to take orders and then only about 1 out of 3 times will you actually get your order. The rooms are so old they can’t be properly cleaned. There was a screw protruding from the bathroom floor, the door stop is broken, the “kitchen” is literally from the 60’s. You can hear absolutely everything through the walls including the elevator which runs continuously through the night and makes the loudest most annoying sounds. I’m sure I will have more to share over the next few days…
