Location very nice. Direct access to the beach. Quiet location. No holiday tourism. Family-friendly.As part of the renovation, the rooms have been completely refurbished. Access to the balcony is easily accessible through new sliding doors, and when closed, no outside noises can be heard. Only the cabinets could provide a bit more space.After several years of stagnation, the takeover and renovation of the hotel have had a very positive effect. The rooms now make a really good impression. Great importance is placed on cleanliness. Very good sanitary area with a directly accessible shower. It is therefore also suitable for people with physical disabilities. Staff were very friendly, as in previous years. The pool area has been nicely renovated and is in a very good condition. The location with access to the beach is noteworthy. It's no more than 20 meters from the pool area via a short path similar to a wooden bridge. The entire hotel complex is also very well designed. Additionally, there is a very good breakfast and dinner with a wide selection. There should be something for everyone. There are also vegetarian dishes available for those who want them. Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff are a special plus. Always ready to accommodate requests and make the stay as pleasant as possible.Relaxed atmosphere, very good food with a wide selection. Of very high quality. Flavor has improved further compared to previous years. And the food was already very good then. High quality hotel after renovation

Me and Hubby have just returned from a five night stay at this hotel. We really liked the decor and thought it was tasteful/stylish. The pool area is lovely with a pool bar which does particularly great food, I’d say! They played some music for a while round the pool which added a nice relaxed holiday vibe. The staff everywhere in the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfasts were yummy! Sourdough with avocado and salmon was my favourite! My only negative is that there is nowhere near enough wardrobe space for hanging, even for five nights! Also, our balcony was tiny! But amazing air con. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, most definitely. Thank you Hyatt.

Had a lovely relaxing week in a suite (side sea view) rooms are fabulous, breakfast great however would have preferred real coffee instead of a machine. No problem getting a Sunbed anytime of day. Very relaxing by the pool with background music. Would have liked to see more snacks in the pool menu as it’s mostly dinner items with a few salads. Also no waiter service from sunbeds. A few steps from your sun lounger to the beautiful playa de muro beach. Evening entertainment is good. They also had a big screen for the football. A 7 minute walk takes you to nearby las gaviotas which has a few nice restaurants bars and shops. 10-15 minutes takes you to playa de muro area with more restaurants. A taxi less than €10 and plenty of buses will take you there or up to Alcudia beach and port. The reason I gave only 4 stars is the sun loungers are old and quite uncomfortable. They need to replace or add a padded cushion and would prefer if there was waiter service from sun lounger instead of queuing at bar to order drinks. We had a lovely week and would definitely return.

Very disappointed with the hotel, if you book just checking the photos beware, because it’s not like that, everything is old, on the way to the restaurant (level -1) looks like the ceiling will fall in your head. Bedroom too old, with ants everywhere going trough our baby food. Bathroom was in a terrible condition, poor light, our shower head break in the second day, needing someone come over and fix. Cleaning I don’t think they know what that means, just changing towels and removing the rubbish, you could feel the sea sand in the floor and see how dirt it was. Breakfast and dinner too repetitive, and with little options. Playground for kids not good at all, always close and with some broken toys, poor opening times. It’s impossible to seat in front of the swimming pool in any sun bed, the people put their towels on and leave the there, and sometimes you look over there and there’s just towels seating on the beds 🤡. I supposed have read more comments about that hotel before booking, for a 6 nights hotel over 1000€ it’s not worth it, I’ll have choose another one, so BEWARE with them.

It says in the hotels info that there is daily cleaning, but that has not been the case for us. The room has not been cleaned properly, the bed linen has not been changed. We spoke to someone at reception about this, he said it should be cleaned properly the next day, but it was not done, and was not done during the week we stayed here. On the floors in the room we found old, used plasters, toys from other guests, and generally a lot of dust and dirt in corners and along the walls. The toilet occasionally wouldn't flush, the bathroom trash can was broken, the phone in the bedroom didn't work, the appliances in the kitchen were broken (and extremely old). The main door was very hard to open and close. It also says in their info that smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel, but many guests smoke everywhere, by the pool, the restaurant, etc. The employees have been right next to it without saying anything. It has been very annoying with so much smell of smoke everywhere. Another experience we had was that we booked a table at their a la carte restaurant. We arrived at the appointed time, but no one came to welcome us, and there were no other guests there either. We waited, but finally went to reception and asked to cancel our reservation. The reception also said that the restaurant was arranging tables inside, but it was around eight o'clock and the restaurant should have opened at seven thirty. Very strange not to be ready an hour and a half after opening. We didn't feel like eating there at all, and are glad we went. Ate rather at the buffet, the food was ok. The breakfast was very good. But overall this is NOT a 5 star hotel in our eyes. Very old og worn.

We love the location it’s just excellent and rare direct access to the beach. Despite this, the hotel has become a little bit outdated and there is a need for refurbishment. The actual 5 star hotel respective services, rooms food etcetera would rather suit 4 star +. However we have understood the hotel will be completely upgraded next year under the new Hyatt brand.
