Be careful while making online booking. This Property asks you to make Advance payment - though the booking app (Agoda) clearly shows No payment needed. I didn't receive my money even after multiple follow-ups, when I cancelled the booking within the free cancellation period.

Had a generally good stay here. The rooms were clean and what our group needed. The location is great for getting to Munnar town and sites without being on top of everything. Most of the staff was very nice and accommodating with any of our requests. However, the main gentleman working the front desk (we didn't catch his name) was generally unkind. He was short responsed, uninterested in helping, and didn't want to work with us for any of our requests. Overall good stay, but that one person left a bad taste for our experience in total.

We booked our stay online and didn't had any payment issue. We had booked 4 rooms. The rooms and property was clean. They gave us rooms on the ground floor which don't have any view but first and second floor rooms have a good view. However, some basic things were lacking. The rooms and beds are very small. If you have a child with you the bed is small for 3 people. Some of the rooms didn't had fan and some didn't had regulator. I am not sure whether they have centralized AC but the rooms were very cold. They didn't had a hot water kettle which is a necessity considering that Munnar is a very cold place. They don't have their own restaurant. You can order food from a nearby restaurant but the food quality is okay. There were not any major issues as such but may not prefer this place next time.

Déçu par cet établissement éloigné à pied de l'animation de la cité, chambre peu confortable, ne comptez pas sur un balcon, la mienne en sous-sol donnait sur un mur, pas de bouilloire, ni de frigo pas plus que de coffre, même pas un savon au lavabo, juste un distributeur à la douche de la salle de bain, le côté rue est bruyant en journée. Certes lit confortable, mais très frais en janvier les matins, pas de petit déjeuner inclus. La propriété demande un acompte par virement avant l'arrivée et ne prend pas les cartes bancaires. Au final je déconseille l'établissement qui mérite tout juste 2 étoiles !
