This is the best place to be in Kopaonik.

Reception service are very disappointed

歐洲滑雪勝地酒店，孩子們開心的不得了，酒店後面就是滑雪場🎿，有教練從零基礎開始教，4歲以上的小童到90歲以內的長者，兩三個小時都可以學會，所有裝備都可以租得到。

Все перекрасно. Единственное плохо лилась холодная вода. А так супер отель. Подьемник 30 метров. Чисто. Номер отличный.

乾淨、方便，但沒免費停車。附近停車麻煩

酒店很不錯。適合商務出差

定了幾個那邊最好的酒店 最滿意的就是Viceory～ 下回來還會住這裏 個人覺得甩Gorski幾十條街

Our stay at Viceroy Kopaonik was simply exceptional. Despite it being the end of the season, the service was flawless. We were personally contacted by Maria, the hotel manager, who ensured we were comfortable with extended spa access and a flexible dining experience where the chef prepared dishes to our preferences. A heartfelt thank you to Ivan Pantelić, Maja Lazić, Sofija Stanojević, and Aleksandar Hajduković—your kindness and professionalism truly made our stay special. We can’t wait to return!

Great food with variety to suit all tastes. Excellent spa and fitness center. One step from the ski slopes. Hotel stuff were polite and helpful. If there s one thing that strike me differently, that was the extra charge for the ski locker. Overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, great service... The best hotel gym that i have ever seen. Great spa, outdoor pool.... the slope view is amazing. The whole hotel is very well maintained, clean... Easy access to ski lift. I would highly recommend it to everybody. We will certainly be back next year.

Excelent position for skiing, closest to terrains, friendly stuff, good selection for eating, even though the choices were reduced compared to previous years. Excelent welcome and welcome amenities. Litle slow check out but probably because it was very crowed period while we were staying. Overall very good stay, and probably we will visit again next year.
