Плюсы - Удачное месторасположения отеля недалеко от вокзала и основных достопримечательностей. Чисто, удобные кровати, хорошее оснащение номера, изюминка это роль ставни, спать в полной темноте большое удовольствие. Мини бар бесплатный, пиво, вода, сок. Приветливый персонал, хорошие завтраки.
Из минусов, это трамвай под окнами, кто чувствительный на звуки, шум может мешать. Мне при закрытом окне трамвай было не слышно. Отсутствие тапочек.
Однозначно рекомендую данный отель.

交通方便，鄰近火車站及地鐵站，步行可到著名景點。房間空間頗大，房間內的mini bar免費使用，但不會refill。連續住五晚，但竟然有兩晚沒有熱水供應！！！不太推薦！

Staff was Very pleasant and helpful. Alex is an absolute asset to the hotel. He made our stay feel more like home. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Hotel is located close to most attractions and a few feet away from the Bahn trains and 5 minute walking distance to main Munich HBF. You won’t go wrong staying here.

Nice hotel located a few blocks from Karlsplatz and the train station, and just a block to entrance to the S & U bahns. The hotel is small and comfortable, the room was a nice size for 2 people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was also good. I would stay here again.

Great location just a couple of blocks from the start of the pedestrian shopping street that leads to Marienplatz and just a block away from the main train station. Cool rooms with a variety of artworks displayed.
The room we had featured the best black out shades I have ever seen. The sun could go supernova and you would not see the light. This also blocks most street noise, so it was reasonably quiet at night despite being in the center of the city with a tram line just outside.
For other Americans, remember this is a European hotel room. The rooms are smaller than what you may be used to, but they are still plenty big to hang out for a few days. You will be spenidng most of your time out in the city anyway.
Front desk staff was attentive and quickly fixed an issue with our room thermostat.

they shoud not say that there is a gift for not asking for roomservice: We stayed 3 nights and received nothing

Excellent hotel
Hidden gem. Looks very modest from the outside but the rooms are fantastic. Comfortable bed, nice fixtures, great shower, and super clean!
