The hotel could not assign two beds for me due to overbooking. The final resolution was separating a single bed for two beds. The accommodation experience was quite bad and the staff was not helpful , they promised to help me but I recalled them again.

OK - the good - The rooms are spacious, bed is large, the bathroom is lux with marble floors. it is also in a great location. It is close to the train station and has a Lidl behind it. The barman Jan is friendly and helpful. And the not so good - The rooms do not have a fridge, a microwave and not even a kettle! When I enquired about the tea and coffee facilities, I was curtly told if I wanted coffee I could buy it downstairs. It is difficult to understand how a hotel can justify a 4 star rating if it doesn't have anything more than a bed and a bathroom. And then there is the room temperature. It's a furnace in the room I think the temperature was set to 29 degrees C!! And the room temperature can't be changed in room. Only the reception can. Even if they change it, it resets the next day. I'm not sure why this hotel needs a sauna... Just stay in the room. As has been noted in another review on Tripadvisor, this issue is ongoing. He noted it in 2017 and again in 2019 but nothing has changed. Secondly is the staff attitude. They aren't rude but not friendly either. Likely they are worn down by the same issues getting raised while they are powerless to change it themselves. Unsurprisingly, I was not offered a late check out. The main advantage of location is lost by all the disadvantages. If that's why you want to stay here, don't let the photo's trick you, book another better hotel nearby.

Nothing works. Ac broken down, safe box broken down, fridge broken down. Good transportation

No service at all. Even you want to change the towels, the front desk asked me to go down and get the towel instead.

Nice infrastructure and location, just a 2 min walk away from a metro station that brings you directly into the center. Service of staff is improvable (mistake in check in, and delivered item could not found first). Cleaning the room has to be ordered at the reception, otherwise nobody cleans the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel in that price range !

Decent room size, 5 minutes away from metro station (U) and nice reception borrowed us a kettle + some markers for writing. Has air-conditioning and generally clean, except when i found a baby cockcroach in the room on the curtains.

The hotel room is nice and big specially the bathroom.

Es war ein unangenehmes Hotel, welche habe ich gesehen. Total unsauber, Kissenbezug nicht frisch, Aus dem Bett drang ein Schweißgeruch🤢 Badewanne mit widerlichem Geruch und gerade fast genug Seife für eine einzige Dusche. Mit einem Wort: schrecklich!

環境超好，窗外是一片小樹林，還有落日晚霞，位置也方便，出地鐵兩分鐘步行可達，還送了一瓶有氛圍的礦泉水，一人喝也有情調，此行最滿意的酒店❤️

出門就是地鐵，畢竟乾淨，早餐也比較豐盛

Für meine Zwecke super, schönes Zimmer, gute kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der tür, Sauna und Fitnessgeräte, Bar und Restaurant. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super grade nach einem kalten Tag. Direkte u-bahn Anbindung. 20min zum HBF

Wunderbare Zimmer und Lage. Parkplätze für 15€ das ist für die Umgebung und für München angemessen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

房間衞生乾淨，設施完備，距超市和S線都非常近，出行方便，購票屬於M區域。服務好！第二次入住，下次還來這裏 。非常滿意。
