Citadines Apart’hotels offer cleverly configured spaces and a flexible services menu to allow our residents to customize their stay experience. In an Apart’hotel, residents get to enjoy the comfort of living in an apartment with an efficient use of space while enjoying the convenience of a hotel. Although some standard services are already included to the room rate, residents can choose other optional services, chargeable at nominal rates, based on their schedules and lifestyle preferences. Housekeeping is one of these additional services that we offer. So whether it is breakfast in the Residents’ Lounge or on your own, daily or weekly housekeeping with replenishment of amenities, Wi-Fi in your living room or at the lobby, you can pick what you want and drop what you do not need. From our records, your reservation made through an external provider was for an apartment with weekly housekeeping service. That is why the daily housekeeping services were unavailable during your stay with us. Regrettably, I acknowledge that a lack of communication did inconvenience your stay with us. Once again, I am sorry that this concept, especially with the option of daily housekeeping, was not clearly communicated during your stay with us. I will remind my staff to exercise more care and diligence to ensure that important information is conveyed and explained clearly to residents who book under the à la carte service. We will also endeavour to exercise clarity in communicating our Apart’hotel concept prior to or at the point of check-in. Dear Guest, we trust that this clarifies what makes Citadines different from the regular apartments of hotels that many of us may have grown accustomed to. I will be very glad to provide you as a gesture of goodwill with a daily housekeeping with daily replenishment of amenities on your next stay.
