Very good location with the central train station just opposite. But it's a very basic hotel with just the bare minimum. Reception service at the beginning wasn't too friendly too. Not for fussy travellers.

The hotel’s service and location are excellent, and the cleanliness is also acceptable. However, there are quite a few homeless people in the surrounding area, which makes it a bit unsettling at night. In the evenings and afternoons, there are often sounds of arguments involving homeless people and drunk individuals. While the hotel itself is great, the surrounding environment can be somewhat off-putting... By the way, the hotel doesn’t provide a kettle, slippers, or toiletries like toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own.

I would recommend this hotel. If you come from Munich Airport you can take Lufthansa Express Bus and the bus will stop in front of the hotel. This hotel have a good area. The breakfast so nice it worth it to select the room with breakfast. The hotel have 7 floors but have elevator just 6th floor. If you got 7th floor need to walking a bit more by stairs.

Nice hotel near Hauptbahnhof. Great for early trains. Staff is very kind breakfast is good, especially I liked different types of yougurt. Recommended!

Good location but you get what you pay. Bed mattress very poor and soft. Breakfast buffet but very simple. Nice staff and good WiFi. Unfortunately not minibar in the room. However I would come back

Very good position for travellers in early mornings. Just 5min’s walk to the platforms. Rooms are quite small and noises outside can be heard.

The hotel very near to Main Station, very good for travelling, easy to find food and convenient store. Can deposit the bag.

The hotel was well-located, just near the main station, so it was easy to navigate the city. But maybe it's not suitable for hot summer days, as you need to open the window and outside is noisy. The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was good. However, as part of room service, free water bottles were included in Trip.com, which the receptionist told us is not included in the room's service and was a mistake on Trip.com's part. Also, on the seventh floor, the wifi was nonexistent.

This hotel’s location is ideal—opposite Munich Hauptbahnhof and with direct access to the Lufthansa Airport Express. However, the staff were not particularly friendly, and the absence of a kettle made things a bit inconvenient given the cold weather.

I stay here many times room is very comfortable. Bed is comfort my room is clean, but I think it could have more light in the room since it a little dark

Superb Stay with a Few Minor Drawbacks My stay at this hotel was superb! The breakfast was simple yet high quality, which I truly appreciated and we enjoyed it really much with my partner. However, the in-room amenities were quite limited—no shampoo, only body wash, and no hygiene kit, such as a disposable toothbrush or room slippers, which I expected given the €100 price per night. The WiFi was just okay; it wasn’t very reliable as it kept switching to mobile data. Soundproofing could also be improved since I could hear people talking in the next room. Additionally, the elevator is very small and only goes up to the 6th floor. If you’re assigned a room on the 7th floor, you’ll have to take the stairs, which can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. Despite these minor inconveniences, everything else was excellent! Highly recommended hotel near the Munich central Station.

Room is very small and a bit stuffy, there’s no air conditioner, neither fridge. Please bring your own bathing soaps and necessities before you come. Breakfast is fair. Anyways, the room is clean and tidy, staff are nice and helpful!

Breakfast was excellent with a wide spread of choices. Room is clean and heater works well for the bathroom.
